Neelu nodded. Ishita started thinking while walking towards the bedroom, "I have to thank Raman, he distracted me from Roo's absence even after enduring my terrible behaviour in the early days of marriage. Its time I throw my ugly past away because its no longer needed when I have him and Roo. He's the one I was looking for all the while. Wait, do I love him?" She continued thinking further and closed her eyes for a few seconds. As she closed her eyes, the faces that she could see were none other than Raman and Ruhi. "Yes, I love him!", Ishita mentally shouted as she reached their room. She saw him sitting on the bed with his phone. As she stepped into the room, she threw away her past, and was determined to start afresh with him. She walked up to him and he kept his phone away sensing her presence.
Raman: Aah Ishita aagayi? Take some rest before everyone comes, then we'll have lunch with them and Ruhi
Ishita: Raman... Actually... I wanted to tell you something
Raman: Bolo na... why are you hesitating?
Ishita: Thank you Raman, thank you for the trip. This trip was like an eye opener for me. I never realized how much I missed being carefee like how I used to be long time ago
Raman: No Ishita, I should be the one saying thank you
Ishita looked at him questioned with a tear threatening to come out. He hesitantly held her hands and she gripped it as support.
Raman: You came into our lives and brightened it, and trust me when I say this, no one could have done it better than you. Let's start afresh and
Ishita: Yes Raman let's start afresh and?
Raman: A part of me is scared of your reaction but I wanna let it out. I love you Ishita, when I saw you during the sangeet, I fell, but I wasn't so sure of myself. But seeing you in the hospital gave me a fear of losing you, which I then knew I wouldn't be able to live without you. But trust me, I genuinely never expected Maa to choose you-
Ishita: She did the right thing by choosing me Raman, because I love you too. I had so much of hurt in me, that I misbehaved with you in the early days of our marriage, and I'm really very sorry for being such a jerk.
Raman smiled through his tears. He extended his hand to her after standing up.
Raman: So let's start afresh, I love you?
Ishita put her hand in his smiling through her tears.
Ishita: Haan, I love you too
And Raman pulled her into a hug. As Raman was extending his hand out to Ishita, their family had came back from wherever they went. Toshi had asked Neelu about Ishita and Raman and was informed that they were in their room. Simmi handed Ananya to Neelu and told her to be with Ananya in her room. They all received a pleasant surprise seeing them saying "I love you" to each other and then being comfortable in each other's arms. Simmi and Toshi exchanged looks and hugged each other. Ruhi jumped in happiness seeing her parents hug each other.
Ruhi: Yeayyy papa aur Ishima ek dusre ko I love you boldiya!!
It was Ruhi's voice that brought them out of the hug. Ishita wiped her tears and held out her hands for Ruhi.
Ishita: Ruhi!!
Ruhi ran into her Ishima's arms to receive the tightest hug.
Raman: Ruhi betha?
Raman carried Ruhi and she put her small arms around his neck. Ruhi pulled Ishita into the hug and they had a family hug and then pulled out. Raman made Ruhi stand on the bed.
Ruhi: I love you toh boldiya, ring kahan kai Ishima papa?
Ishita: Kaunsi ring?
Raman: Kaunsi ring Roo?
