Toshi: It's a new start for them
They closed the door and came down quietly. A while later Ishita stirred lightly as she heard her phone vibrating. While having her eyes closed and being barely half awake, she decided to reach out for the phone. But as she attempted to do so, she felt an arm tightening around her. She mumbled something as she started feeling the sun rays in her eyes. Raman stirred lightly feeling her move, but both didn't open their eyes.
Ishita: Roo... Ishima ko uthne do na... See its getting bright, bohot kaam hai (Let Ishima wake up... there's lots of work)
Raman: Hmmm...
Hearing a deep voice instead of her sleepy daughter's voice made her try to be alert.
Ishita: Roo, tumhari awaaz ko kya hua bethu? (Roo, what happened to your voice dear?)
Raman: Hmm kyunki yeh Ruhi nehi Ruhi ki papa hai... So jao na (Hmm because it's not Ruhi but her father)
Ishita jerked her eyes open.
Ishita: Raman!
She woke up hastily and sat against the headboard hitting his head in the process.
Raman: Ouch!
Ishita: Sorry. What time is it now??
Raman checked his phone while rubbing his eyes and it showed 9.30am
Ishita: 9.30?! God how did I sleep for so long? Sab kya sochenge? (What will everyone think?)
Raman: Chill na, we did sleep late last night
Ishita: Haan but... Okay ek kaam karte hain I'll go to Roo's room to shower and you shower here and come down (We'll do one thing)
Raman nodded and Ishita took her towel and clothes for the day and opened the room's door slowly and tip toed to Ruhi's room. They showered and came down. Ishita literally ran down the stairs and Raman came behind her slowly and sat at the dining table.
Ishita: Sorry mummyji mein late hogayi I missed my alarm
"Achaaa, alarm miss kiya? I thought I saw something else", Simmi mumbled only to earn a whack from Toshi.
Toshi: Koi baat nehi puttar, hota hai... (Its okay dear, it happens)
Ishita: Mein abhi breakfast banati hoon rukhiye (I'll make breakfast now please hold on)
Toshi: Nehi nehi puttar Neelu made breakfast and we ate already. Bhallaji had to take medicines hai na isiliye. Tum aur Raman khao (You and Raman eat)
Ishita looked down to see Ruhi pulling her saree. Ishita was surprised to see Ruhi. She carried her and placed her on the dining table as she served breakfast for herself and Raman.
Ishita: Roo baby, when did you come back? Did you eat breakfast?
Ruhi: I came back after breakfast with tata and paati Ishima. Paati made dosa and idli
Ishita: Wow
Raman: Careful Roo, then your stomach might explode, yeh Madrasi khaana aise hi hai
Ishita: Hello she's my baby, not like you okay. Drink rasam and spend the whole day in the bathroom
Raman: Hey stop exposing me, it'll be fine if you stop putting gun powder in whatever you people cook
Ishita: You-
Ruhi: Stop fighting you both! Khaana khao!
They put a finger on their lips and ate their breakfast in silence. Neelu took their plates away even after Ishita hesitated and they continued sitting there sipping on their tea. Ruhi winked at her daadi and decided to pull her parents' leg.
