By the time the rest of the Iyer family reached Ishita's room, she was already unconscious on the bed.
The Iyer family rushed to her. They tried calling out for her but it didn't help. They patted her cheeks and sprinkled water, but it still didn't help. At last, they managed to carry her to the car and take her to the hospital. While on the way, Madhu took Ishita's phone and called Pathak. Pathak was their family friend so they were quite close okay.
Pathak: Hello Ishu?
Madhu: Ishu nehi, Mrs Iyer speaking. (Not Ishu, Mrs Iyer speaking)
Pathak: Aunty ji, hi. And you speaking using Ishita's phone.
Madhu started crying.
Pathak: Aunty why are you crying please say something.
Madhu: Pathak, Ishita went up without eating dinner. Suddenly she started screaming saying stomach pain. When we went to her room she was already unconscious on the bed.
Pathak: Ishu is unconscious?? Where are you all now aunty?
Madhu: We're bringing her to City Hospital.
Pathak: Okay aunty, I'll be right on my way. Please don't worry. Stay strong. I'm coming.
Madhu: Sorry for disturbing you at this hour betha.
Pathak: Aunty you call me betha but you're saying that I'm disturbing. No more okay? Please take care of Ishu. I'm coming now.
Madhu hung up. They reached the hospital and Vishwa did the formalities. They took Ishita into the ICU right away and saline drops were put into her through her left hand. Pathak took his car keys and started his drive to the hospital.

Simmi was busy in the kitchen and suddenly her phone rang. She saw it was Pathak. Raman and Shagun were in the hall so they didn't hear anything. The rest of the family members were busy in the hall too.
Simmi: Haa Pathak bol (Yes Pathak say)
Pathak: Simmi, Ishu...
Simmi: Pathak?? Ishu?? Ishu ko kya hogaya?? (What happened to Ishu?)
Pathak: Iyer aunty called and told me Ishu didn't have her dinner. Then apparently she screamed because her stomach was paining. By the time they reached her room she was unconscious on the bed while still clutching on to her stomach.
Simmi: Oh my god! Where is she now?
Pathak: They're taking her to City Hospital. I'm going there too.
Simmi: Okay you go first, I'm coming right away.
She hung up. She quickly searched for her car keys and purse. She almost went out of the house when she heard Toshi calling her.
