Bridgette trembles and stares at Timber who looks at her with a stone expression. She runs to Alek and hugs him tightly "Alek! I'm so sorry you were right about Percy you were right about everything I know you were I'm sorry! I shouldn't have yelled I just hated seeing you like that and-" Timber just watches with cold eyes.

Alek holds her, his eyes on Timber. "A-as much as I hate to say it... thank you..." he holds her tighter.

Timber says nothing and Bridgette continues clinging to Alek, kissing his cheek.
Timber suddenly yanks her back and turns her to face him, the white light connecting them. She stares at it and he stares at her.

Alek pulls Bridgette back to him, holding her to his chest, his arm over her heart. He looks at Timber. "You. Explain. What is that light and why the hell are you both glowing, because it's very unsettling."

Timber looks up slowly and says nothing. Bridgette holds Alek's arms to her and gulps. Timber says in an empty tone. "Our souls are bound. She is mine, even after death. She always has been." He reaches for her, his mouth twitching "She's mine..."

Alek pulls her behind him. "Again, thanks for... getting us out of that mess, almost thought you would just leave me and take her but, nope." He begins walking off, keeping himself between Timber and Bridgette. "We'll just... see you around... Or not..."

Timber growls "You can't deny this Alek... stop trying to take her away..." he begins walking closer, slowly. Bridgette stays silent but grips Alek tightly.

"I'm not denying. I'm rejecting. But, you've faced rejection plenty of times before. You should find Evelyn, she was pretty attached to you..." he keeps walking backwards, holding Bridgette behind him.

Timber growls and keeps walking "I'm not finding anyone because I have found Bridgette... and she is mine... now let go of her..."

Alek glances to the side. "You know, when she killed you, I would have thought the message of her not wanting you would have been adequately sent..."

Timber stops and blinks. He pulls back and gulps. "... I... was not aware that counted in the after life..." Bridgette sticks her tongue out at him.

Alek shoots him a look that says, "No duh!" He holds Bridgette close. "Look, I don't know what fantasy you're living, but Death doesn't exactly change the past."

"Until death do we part," timber quotes, taking a step forward "That's the rule I believe. Meaning you and Bridgette should be apart. Soul binding, lasts forever. Even through death. Meaning I have rights to Bridgette." He grins and Bridgette shakes her head.

"Oh heavens you're more annoying dead than alive..." Alek tightens his jaw. "I may not have taken her by force, but in my book, I am bound to her. I will never let her go, and I find it would best serve you to accept that."

Timber snarls and hesitates again. He relaxes his face and smiles "Fine. I'll leave you two alone..." he pushes past and strokes bridgette's hair for a moment mumbling "But I can always find you..." he chuckles and laughs, walking off with his hands in his pockets.

"Creep." Alek mutters, bringing Bridgette closer.

She whimpers, and is shaking as she presses her head to his chest, gripping his coat.

"Sh, sh. My darling,it's alright... it will be alright." He speaks quietly, not wanting to be overheard and risk the puppets again, although, he had made enough of a show.

She looks up at him, tears streaming down her cheeks "That's not w-why I'm crying Alek!!!" She holds tighter to him and buries her face in his chest again "I-i wasnt thinking about p-percy at all and how he was affecting you! I-i shouldn't habe refused you i-i didn't mean it please take me back!" She looks at him weakly.

Alek sighs, his head lowered next to hers. "Bridgette... I'd be lying if I said it didn't hurt me. It did but I don't care about that now... I have already forgiven you..."

"I-im so sorry Alek... I should have listened to you..." She whimpers and holds tighter "I should have listened...."

Alek sighs. "I was being irrational... I was angry... and," he brushes some of her hair. "Im sorry, I was a bit jealous."

"No that's fine!" She looks at him with glossy eyes "He deserves getting boiling water poured on him! I... I just..." She shrugs and looks down "I'm sorry..."

Alek glances around, bringing Bridgette into the alley. He tilts her chin up, a light smile on his face. "Please..." he kisses her cheek. "I don't want you apologizing to me..."

She looks at him with glossy eyes "B-but I have to! After what I said..."

"You hadn't known... I can't blame you.."He strokes her cheek with his thumb. "My dear, you were only trying to do what was right at the time..."

She looks down and nods "... I just wanna help mama and papa..."

"I do too..." He kisses her forehead. "I do too. That's why we should find Death... figure out a plan..."

"Oh!" She looks up at him "That reminds me! Death said he knows how to get to them."

Alek smiles. "Lets start there."
