story time
so at the end of february i went to solo and ensemble which is like where you play a solo in front of a judge and they give you a rating. because i played a level 5 and got a superior i get to go to state solo and ensemble to play it again and get judged at state level. there's only 3 freshman from my school going (one is in a saxophone ensemble and the other is doing a snare solo) and there's around 20 people from my school total so it's a pretty big accomplishment. i really want to get a superior but idk if i'll be able to pull it off😂 (i play flute if you don't know)
