Dear M,
My counselor told me to write letters for you even though you won't ever have the opportunity to see these. Sabi niya baka makatulong daw ito sa pagpapagaling ng mga sugat na natamo ko noong nakaraan. . . Though, does this method of writing letters to you will ever help me to move on? Or would it just worsen the wounds and scars that I have accumulated in the past?
It's my first day of counselling but I feel so exhausted already.
I'm feeling so lost, M. I'm feeling so lost after losing the people that I have tried to cherish and keep in my life. Hindi ko alam na ganon lang sila kadaling mawala saakin. I should've protected them, I should've made a way to keep them in my arms. They were the only people who kept me sane-but they all left me.
