"So you are telling me these customers are lying? Why would they take time out of their day to complete a survey after they speak to you if they wanted to lie about it?"

"Look, this one says you sighed after every sentence, as if you were bored or annoyed,"

"I might have done that...but not on purpose, sir,"

"Another one says you stuttered and had to find at least three other people to help you with a simple credit card issue,"

"And this one says you hung up the phone without so much as thanking them! Come on, Jimin. This is customer service 101,"

"I can't have you on the phones talking to people and costing us money,"
