"I really don't want you to go away,"

"It's only for a week, Jimin,"

"That's too long,"

Taehyung holds a mug of tea between his hands as he sits at the small table in Jimin's dorm. He's watching Jimin scrub furiously at the dishes from the dinner they made tonight, and he can't help give an endearing smirk.

Jimin is mumbling more to himself at the disheartening news that Taehyung is going away to visit his family. Though in a broader sense he is happy that his boyfriend gets to spend time with them, it is a string of emotions that he is unsure how to handle in that immediate moment.

Think, feel, act -- he's repeating the mantra that his therapist told him continuously in his head.

If he can think he's fine with Taehyung leaving for a week then maybe he'll feel okay about it and act like a supportive boyfriend.

Jimin scrubs at the dish even harder.

"Jimin-ah, don't be upset,"

"I'm not! This pan is just really dirty,"

Taehyung chuckles to himself at Jimin's obvious lie and pulls the teabag from his mug. He presses his back against the wall and continues to watch Jimin take his mood out on the dishes. He can tell that Jimin is upset by the way he then proceeds to the counter tops and starts to scrub at them as well.

Jimin is not much of a cleaner unless he's forced to do so. In his depressive episodes, it's easy to allow things to pile up and for trash not to be taken out, or for dust to litter the surfaces.

He knows that his current obsession with making the kitchen spotless is a counter part to that symptom.

After several long minutes and an empty mug of tea on Taehyung's part, Jimin finally flops down on his sofa as if he's just run a marathon. He grabs his small square couch pillow and holds it to his chest.

He is visibly pouting.

"Are you going to stay upset with me the entire night?" Taehyung is teasing him but being gentle in the process.

"Maybe,"

Jimin scrunches his face and Taehyung finds it more adorable than annoying.

He skips to Jimin and straddles the smaller boy, taking the pillow from between them and tossing it to the side. Taehyung cups Jimin's face between his hands and tries to kiss him, but Jimin is playing hard to get and scrunches his face even more and tries to get away.

"Give me a kiss!"

"No, I'm still mad. Get off!"

"I'm not going anywhere until you kiss me, Park Jimin,"

Jimin stops struggling and falls back into the couch defeated. He's no match for Taehyung's strength, and now that his thighs are rubbing against his own and his body is pressed against Jimin's chest, it's harder to resist him as well.
