As Logan walked around the mindscape, he couldn't help but find the silence very, very uncomfortable. He had been out with Thomas for most of the day and hadn't seen Roman or Virgil since that morning.

"Roman? Virgil?.." Logan called out, hearing nothing but a familiar dad side's giggle.

"Logie!" Patton chirped, hugging the logical Side from behind. Logan jumped away from Patton, his unease growing.

"Salutations.." Logan said. "Do you know where Roman and Virgil are, Patton?.."

Patton giggled sinisterly. "They're gone,"

"W-what?" The stoic Side asked, keeping a safe distance away from Patton.

"They're gone," Patton repeated, walking closer to Logan. "Now its only you and me. Don't you want that, Lo?"

"What did you do to them..?" Logan asked.

Patton chuckled, shrugging. "I used the forces necessary to get rid of them. Now you're all mine. Not Roman's. Not Virgil's. Mine."

"Patton, why woul-"

"We don't need them to be happy, Logie," Patton said, wrapping his arms around Logan. "Being with me makes you happy, right?"

"Uhm-"

"RIGHT?"

Logan nodded. "R-Right.."

Patton smiled brightly, yet evilly. "Great! We're going to have so much fun, Lo!"

They started walking around the Mind Palace, Logan filled with fear; despite hating emotions; and Patton filled with joy; now that he had Logan all to himself. They sat down on the couch and Patton pulled a jar of Crofter's jam out of thin air, as well as a spoon.

"I got this jar of Crofter's jam for you, Lo. I know it's your favourite." Patton said.

Logan gulped, taking the jam. "Thank you, Patton.." he said.

"Do you love me, Logan?" Patton asked.

"Uhm.. I-"

"Well, do you?"

"No, I don't, Pat." Logan said.

"I guess I'll have to change that then, won't I, Logie?"
