"After nearly two years, Australia's favorite couple ended it all."

Every news Channel, every radio station, Every talk show was talking about the break up more than we even were.

"Ash, are you ready? We have an interview." Great, just when I thought turning off the TV would stop the rumors. I got dressed in my usual clothes with a black leather jacket to top it off. First Channel 4 News, then Radio Show on Friday.

I walked downstairs and got in the van to head to Channel 4 News. I was really not wanting to do this. We were in Britain today and Miami on Friday, giving us only 2 days to make it there. Don't get me wrong, I love touring and all, but all the traveling and cramming interviews in between every show, and very little sleep, can be over whelming.

"Ash, were here." Cal waved his hand in my face breaking me from my thoughts. As we walked inside, Jon, Cathy, and Jackie greeted us as we took a seat next to them. It was hard to concentrate on anything with all of the overwhelming thoughts of Shaniya and I. I tried my best to keep up with them.

"Back in highschool, you guys said that touring the world as a band was a dream. How does it feel to finally be living that dream?" Calum sat up straighter. "Um, yknow its pretty good actually, a lot of work and stress but its been worth it. Living with my best friends couldn't be a better thing."

"So Ashton, let's talk for a minute," my body stiffened up as I readjusted myself. "If I remember correctly, the biggest social media outburst is about you and Highschool lover, Shaniya Davis. What happened there?" There was the question. One I never wanted to answer. Or even hear. It's so hard not to break down and lose it all right now, but I knew for whatever reason, If i showed my weakness, it'd only be more of a reason to be in denial about the whole situation. I fidgeted with my hands before swallowing the lump in my throat.

"We were forced to go our separate ways, it wasn't really a mutual thing, but its something that had to happen whether we were willing to or not." The interview was finally over. We gathered back in the van to head to the hotel to pack up. We have two days to get from here to Miami. Driving would be impossible. After a few short minutes of me being trapped in my thoughts again, the song on the radio broke me of it.

"Cause trying not to love you.."

After a few more seconds we pulled into the parking lot. I got out of the van and walked off. "Ash!" They called after me, but I ignored them. I didn't know where I was going, but I went where my feet took me. They don't get it. No one really does. I really thought I had her for good, and I wanted it to be that way, but she left as fast as she came.

61 days with no calls, no texts, nothing. Just pure silence. She said she'd come back for me, so why isn't she talking to me? Something I was regretting the most, was my birthday. We have a show in Miami that night. Anything could happen.. I could run into her, she could be at the concert, she could be working at my favorite coffee shop for all I know. I just didn't want to go.

After spending 10 hours on a plane, we finally landed in Miami. I was dreading today more than anything else. The concert isn't until tomorrow night, but anything could happen in 24 hours. We were walking through the terminals to luggage claim.

Jaylynn-

My phone was sitting on the table when it started ringing. I grabbed it seeing Shaniya's name. I gripped onto my phone as I answered it and put it up to my ear.
