Did I get a haircut???

NOPE

I asked, but my mom didn't like the fact I wanted it so short.

I wanted the shaved sides thing with hair on top like basically every YouTube gamer has.

She said I can't get a haircut that has to do with shaving any part of my hair. Also she said that she wants me to have a "traditional girls hair cut" which is bull because typically that would mean that my hair would need to be long and its not.

She also said that if I tried to get a "boys haircut" back when she was growing up (the 80s) then it wouldn't be a big deal, but now it is "Because of all these boys trying to be girls and girls trying to be boys" which is RIDICULOUS.

Cause first of all, it was pretty weird for a girl to have a "boys" haircut in the 80s and also trans men aren't "trying to be men" and trans women aren't "trying to be women"

She tried to act like she was being a good parent, but honestly what kind of good parent doesn't let their child get their hair cut the way it makes the kid comfortable. Like a haircut of a child isn't going to effect the parent's life, that's ridiculous.

But anyways, we finally found one that she said she wouldn't mind and its basically the haircut I showed her in the first place so we basically argued FOR NO REASON. But I didn't get it yet and I don't know when or if I will.

So THAT'S fun.
