"I ain't to be mean but. She doesn't like you."

I wrapped Ellie in my right arm, while she looks worried at Ban.

"U-uncle it's okay!"

"Look, I'll hand her to you. I don't wanna fight today." I stood up, and told him the truth. It really is the truth. After all, it's Gelda's advice anyway. If this was to make her happy, I'll do my best.

"That's rich coming from the demon~. Idon't want you demon bastards hostaging people who doesn't give a fu-" Ellie eyed at him, he was cut off. He knew he couldn't say that word in front of her.

But now my mood's been ruined.

"Ellie, get away from him." his face went from playful to serious. I've had enough of you.

"N-no! No mor-" she cried, but was cut off.

Hellblaze.

The dark flames quickly flashed through Ban while he dodges it. Her name's Ellie? Even your name resembles with your mother. Pathetic.

"Snatch."

"HEY!" I yelled.

I flew towards him and pushed him, hard enough to miss catching the child. She was thrown away after Ban used snatch but I catched her instead.

Suddenly a dagger pierced through my back, blood pours out from my shoulders down to my feet.

I put her down, and took out my sword. I faced him while he thrust forward, allowing him to make the move. I bent my knees and continue attacking and shielding myself. As I draw my blade, it reaches across his skin, making his chest half-open. Constantly it regenerated, fast. But I notice that his right arm didn't. Regardless, this is an advantage for me to defeat him that easily.

"Thousand Blades."

Thousand swords were formed as they wait for my command in attacking Ban, head on.

"Onward." I commanded.

The child ran towards Ban's direction and the blade's direction as well. She stumbled in front of her and Ban wrapped Ellie in his body and faced backwards. Well shit.

"You shouldn't have come here!" He said.

"You can't die.." she sobbed.

A matter of seconds and the blades were close to them. Suddenly, a gust of wind came whirling up and the blades faced my direction. I manage to dodge it by changing my path, and soon the skies were covered with dust.

"Daddy!"

"Just what in the hell are you two doing?!" yelled a voice, that is Meliodas.

"Wait- I thought you were out with Merlin?"

"I was, until I heard my daughter."

"D-daddy!" She sobbed, and looked as happy as she is now. Great. Just great. He landed beside Ban, and Ellie embraced hugging Meliodas, sobbing. She looks so happy.

"It's about damn time you remember her." said Ban.

"Merlin told me along the way. She's up there right now, dealing with the guards. We couldn't past through because of me so I left for a while to cover, and I sensed Zeldris power level.
