The next day was Saturday, which meant no school, so I lazily got up at 9 : 30. Just as I was deciding what to do with my day, my phone rang : Chloe. Plans done, I thought and smiled. I picked up," Yo"

" You won't believe it!"

" Try me"

" I got Sheila to invite us to Nicole's birthday party!!", She shrieked excitedly.

Nicole's birthday is around? Weird I did not see any facebook posts about it. Usually people do that dumb countdown with candid pictures of the birthday girl, " 7 days to go!" , I see it for most people. I did not allow Chloe to do it because I did not want my embarrassing pictures up for the world to see on facebook. Wow ,going to such a popular girl's party is huge, don't know how Sheila got us in when we don't personally know her.

" What? How did she know that?", I asked,confused.

" Sheila is in the cheerleading team with her so Nicole invited all of them as customary invite. Since she does not have a boyfriend she agreed to take me as her plus one. This is so great, what better opportunity to meet Shawn then at a party THIS huge, innit"

I rolled my eyes, frustrated," Enough with the Shawn thing, I am not in "lurve" with the guy. Jeez. And there is one thing missing in your story: I am not invited!!"

"I will take you as my plus one. There, solved?"

I had no choice but to eye roll again, someone send this girl back to primary school. " That's not how it works. You are a plus one so you can't bring another. Apply a little, will you?"

" Nicole is not going to notice one more extra person, it's her BIRTHDAY for god's sake. She can't pay attention to everyone when she will be surrounded with people"

" It's a risk, what if she does? Will you like it if she kicks us out of the party and humiliates us?". I hate confrontation and if Nicole did question us, which she could, it would be humiliating to admit we crashed her party infront of the fifty or so people who would come.

" Live a little and learn to take risks. Plus if it did happen, I would take the heat okay? Pleaaaase?"

I sighed. I guess I could.... I do love a good party and we hadn't gone to one in forever. It would be exciting. Screw Shawn, it's NICOLE's party, I may never get invited to a party this big, although I haven't been invited....and also screwing Shawn won't be so bad...

"Helloooo? Are you there?"

Shit I forgot I was on the phone. " Yeah we can go, but you are taking full responsibility if anything happens!!"

" Yup! Don't worry. Oh fuck I am so excited!", She squealed.

"Me too!", I said. I could already imagine getting dressed up for the event, hell that's the best part! . A LBD would be perfect with a silver necklace and studded earrings, actually drop ones would look cool too. And a big bracelet! Oh and a red lipstick! And finally some sexy black pumps.

As if she could hear my thoughts, Chloe cleared her throat," Oh and um go easy on the dressing up. You don't want to attract too much attention as plus twos. Don't worry I will go easy too! In fact I will come over and we'll decide what we will wear together okay?". I smirked. She probably didn't trust that I won't go all out. But I could keep it minimal if it means we won't get kicked out.

" Sure, come on over after breakfast. Oh and which day is the party?", I asked.

Chloe fumbled a bit," Umm...it's today". TODAY? Freaking today!?
