"EMMA!!!"

I woke up with a jolt with someone yelling my name near my bed. I pried my eyes open at the harsh sound and discover it's none other than my dear best friend Chloe, who was looking at me with pursed lips and squinted eyes, hands on her hips. "Good Morning to you too", I groaned and stretched myself, satisfied with the sound of my bones cracking and waking up. " Why the hell was I asleep on the couch while you are in my bed? And why are you in my bed? And we are going to be late for school!", only the last sentence had me up in a second," Fuck! What is the time?", I turned to look at the time and she was right, we are going to be late.

" Ugh I don't have any clothes for school and there's not enough time to go home", I groaned, pouting. Chloe rolled her eyes," If you can borrow my night clothes you can borrow my normal clothes as well, genius", she said sarcastically."Thanks boo", I gleefully side-hugged her and opened her closet.I picked out a monochrome black dress with gold shades and a towel," I am taking your towel too", I grinned and winked while she just threw up her hands in the air, sighing. Since she already looked ready for school I hopped into the shower and set the water to lukewarm. Yesterday's events played in my mind. Did it really happen? Shawn taking us home and having a chat with me? Thank god I don't have a hangover. There was so much to tell Chloe!. I showered and put on my clothes. I guess I am wearing my pumps to school since Chloe and I had different shoe sizes. I applied the same nude lipstick I had in my handbag from yesterday and some eyeliner from Chloe.

Just as I was brushing my hair, Chloe returned to her room," Start talking", she demanded, putting her hands on her hips again. I put down the brush, " Your drunk ass passed out from the drinks and luckily your mom was out so I put you on the couch and told your mom to tell mine that I am staying over since I was drunk too", I explained. She giggled," You carried me from the car to my couch? Wow, Em, I guess I don't give you enough credit", I wring my hands," Yeah about that, I didn't carry you to the couch", I confessed and her eyes widened with shock. She raised her eyebrows," Then..who did?", I grinned," SHAWN did", and at this her mouth popped open, " WHAT?", her eyes bulged out as she slapped her hand over her mouth in shock. Chloe's mom's voice interrupted our conversation, calling us for breakfast.  Throughout our breakfast Chloe was looking at me in anticipation. I rolled my eyes and made a 'wait' sign as we finished our breakfast.

The moment we are out of her house, Chloe accosted me," How the fuck did SHAWN carry me to the couch? Did you hallucinate? Omg that's it, isn't it? Someone roofied us, shiiit", she rambled and I laughed," No, Chloe, he did carry you to the couch. He saw me drunk at the party and offered to drop us home. He put you on the couch and left"

"For real?"

"For real."

" Fuck, I still can't believe it happened. Tell me all the deets!!", She demanded. I shifted from one leg to the other because of my heels," I will but let's get into your car first, my feet are killing me", she looked at my heels and nodded. I waited for her to pull her car out of her garage and then get in the passenger seat, " You know I had to explain to my mom why I was sleeping on the couch and and you were on the bed!", she groaned and I chuckled," what did you say?". She pushes her lip out," I told them I was so sleepy I slept right on the couch and you couldn't wake me so you headed upstairs", "Nice save" , I grinned.

"Tell me everything that happened now!"

" Basically if you remember you went to your car while I went to the bathroom before we were leaving, I bumped into Shawn and he seemed concerned about my drunk state so he asked me if he could drop me home and then he did, and good for us your mom called me and said she and your dad weren't going to be home so I took the opportunity and asked her if I could stay over and she agreed and informed my mom too. Then Shawn carried you to the couch, since he could not carry your fat ass all the way to the bedroom-", she shot daggers at me and I guffawed, "- afterwards he stayed over for sometime till Mason arrived to pick him up-", "Mason also came! Hell the whole popular crowd was at my house", she butted in and I smiled sarcastically, " Yeah I guess Chloe, anyway both of them laughed at you and left. Then I went upstairs put your night clothes on and slept", I stuck my tongue out as she glared at me ," What! Shit, I am mortified. I have made a complete fool of myself",she moaned. " Yeah you have", I smirked and shrugged.
