ALWAYS AND FOREVER.

ITS TIME!!.

A/N- Hiiii, The names for Stefan and Elena's Kids hasn't been picked yet because y'all havent picked on the names yet. I got new ideas for the names like... haha, it will be revealed in this chapter so sit back and read.
5 months later .

Elena's POV.
             I turn over expecting my wonferful and  handsome fiance to be beside me but all i feel is bare sheets . I sighed knowing that he was called in early.
      I sit upright, just then i heared  something downstairs,  walking towards the kitchen to see Caroline amd Bonnie . Caroline runs up to me.
'Hey!!' She yelled happily. I smiled her saying the same thing to her as we walked to the kitchen seeing Bonnie making breakfast.
'Elena!!' Bonnie exclaimed in unison .
'Hey guys' I said hugging Bonnie . I glanced at what bonnie is making
'What are you cooking, bonnie?' I asked her as she turned around holding a bowl .
'Pancakes' Caroline said .
'Awesome, I am starving '.I sat down on the chair as Caroline put a plate full of pancakes in front of me. I didnt waste time to dig in.
     We finished our breakfast, Bonnie and Caroline did the dishes since they dont want me to put too much strain on myself and the babies . Now that I am 9 months old and I could go into labour at any time.
        After an hour of talking and getting ready for the day , we went to the movie room to watch ' Titanic ' .
   We were half way to the end of the movie when i felt hot liquid run down my legs , suddenly i felt a sharp pain in my bump.
              'Guys' I said suddenly
    Caroline and Bonnie were still busy watching the movie
       'GUYS!' I said again urgently
   They both turned to me . 'What's wrong?' Caroline demanded
              'My water just broke '
   I watched as their eyes widened with shock. 'Seriously?' Bonnie asked
    'Of course I'm serious !, I 'm about to give birth!'
    Caroline jumped to her feet.
'Okay, we need to get you to the hospital. Bonnie , get the hospital bag and also call Stefan to  let him know we are coming'
   Bonnie nodded and quickly rose up to her feet , then took her phone from her pocket . Caroline helped me to my feet and led me out of the house .
    Every step I took from the house to the car was painful, and the pains doubled by the seconds. By the time we reached the car , I felt like giving up.
  Bonnie ran up to us with the hospital bags and assisted Caroline with helping me into the car  .
'I called Stefan ' she said 'He said he will be waiting for us at the hospital' .
    'Alright' Caroline said. She headed for the driver's seat . 'You sit with Elena at the back , while i drive, Okay?'
  'Okay' Bonnie enetered into the car and sat down beside me. Caroline gunned the engine and peeled down the street.
       Halfway through to the hospital . I screamed in pain for probably the hundredth time.
  'Its okay , Elena' , Bonnie said comfortingly . She patted my hand gently .
'We are almost there , cant you drive any faster ?' She yelled over at Caroline .
   'Sure, I could if you want us to have an accident before we even get there!' Caroline snapped back  
    I screamed again . Bonnie put her arms around me 'Just take in some deep breath, Elena . It will be fine ' then to caroline she said, 'Snapping at me like that isnt helping, Caroline . Elena is in serious pain'.
   'I know that' Caroline called over her shoulder. 'I am driving as fast as i can but i cant go any faster'.
   This unnecessary talk of theirs infurated me out I didnt have the heart to tell them to stop.
       All I cared about was the babies that I carried that I needed to push out and How i need to hear Stefan's soothing voice right now.
'Bonnie, can you call Stefan?' I asked her with a soft whisper. She nodded amd brought out her phone.

Stefan's POV.
     I stood at the front of the hospital , waiting impatiently for Caroline amd Bonnie to arrive with Elena. I had been scheduled to conduct a surgery on patient with a brain tumor but i had to put it off when Bonnie called to tell me about Elena .
    After waiting for another five minutes.  I was about to call bonnie again to find out what was  going  on but she beat me to it .
     'Hey Bonnie' I said when she answered 'where are you guys?' .
   'Dont worry Stefan, we are almost there ' she replied 'Caroline is driving as fast as she can '.
     'Alright , hurry okay?' I told her 'How is Elena?, Is she alright?'
    'She is in serious pain other than that she is okay and she wants to talk to you' 
    I heard her scream in the background . 'Let me talk to her'
   'Okay' I waited for some seconds then I heard Elena whisper
   'Stefan' into the phone.
'It hurts' she said with a soft tone.
     'I know baby, Calm down okay?. Just take a deep breath and it will all be okay' 
         'Okay' she said with a gasp.
       'I will see you soon, okay? '
       'Okay, I love you'
       'I love you too'
  I cut off the call and went inside the hospital to make sure everything was set up for the delivery . I came out after five minutes with klaus , a nurse and a stretcher .
   Just then, I saw Caroline 's pull into the parking lot. I hurried over to the car with klaus and the nurse , I pulled the door open . Elena sat at the back with Bonnie . Her face looked red and she was almost soaked in sweat .I instantly saw how much pain she was in.
    Klaus and I quickly helped Elena out of the car and carried her into the stretcher. Klaus and the nurse didnt waste time in leading Elena into the hospital.
   I thanked Caroline and Bonnie for all  their help , then we followed them into the hospital.
   James was already waiting in the ICU. As we wheeled Elena in, I stopped to talk to Bonnie and Caroline for a minute.
    'You guys would have to wait out here' I told them .' I will go inside and stay with her , okay ?'
'It is fine Stefan , go and be with her , I will call the others 'Bonnie told me .
   I nodded and went into the ICU. Klaus and James were already getting Elena ready for the delivery. I went over to her and held her hand , I nodded reassuringly at her . She gripped my hand tightly and smiled weakly at me .
     Everything was already set for the delivery when a nurse rushed in to tell me that the patient whose surgery I had dropped was in need of my help.
     'I am sorry but I cant 'I told her 'My fiance is about to give birth '
    'But the patient's  case is very serious amd very critical' the nurse replied urgently.
'I wish I can but i cant leave my fiance ' I said looking away from her to see Elena nudging my arm. 
'Stefan, its okay ' she continued 'I will be fine and I can call Caroline and Bonnie to stay with meeeee…. ' she said in between the pain
'I am here man, i will take care of her 'Klaus said
'Go save a life' she continued when i tried to refuse but ahe said it is okay.
    I sighed 'Fine.I'll see you after the surgery '. I kissed her forehead .
    She winced for a moment, then nodded .
    I turned to klaus 'Promise me you will take good care of her. I will tell Bonnie and Caroline that they can stay here with her' I said
   'I promise, okay'
       I left, told Bonnie and Caroline to stay with Elena during the delivery , then went into the operating room.
