It is a bummer that Stefan wasnt beside Elena when she gave birth because he had to save a patients life. That is so sweet of Elena to tell him to 'Go save a life' . 💯💯😜☺

Unknown POV.
I was watching TV when my phone rang , not checking the ID caller i picked up and placed on my ear .
Phone call.
Unknow 1- Hello?
Unknow 2- There is bad news
Unknow 1-What is it?
Unknow 2-Elena has given birth to twins
Unknow 1-What the hell?… how can this happen?
Unknow 2-I dont know and also i heard that she gave birth to a baby boy and girl .
Unknow 1-The plan is screwed …. What are we going to do ?
Unknow 2-I dont know ma'am
Unknow 1-I have an idea , you need to come over now with the crew. I am going to call my partner .
Unknow 2-Okay, we will be right there .
End of phone call.
After that call i just had with my partner, I stood up pacing around the room thinking of my next plan, now that this one has failed.
Half an hour later ….
I finally got another plan just when i was about to call them about where they are , I heard the door crack open hearing footsteps coming towards the living room .
'We are here!' They announced as they entered the living room.
Three men entered the room.
'Justin, what have you got for me?' I asked as he looked up at me with a puzzled look.
'Nothing ma'am . Harry has told you everything' he replied looking at Harry.
I turned to look at Harry scratching his blonde hair expecting something to come out of his mouth but I shrugged that thought away.
'Ok now, the new plan is…. …. '
Elena's POV.
I woke to see Stefan beside the cribs that the twins are inside . As much as i dont want to ruin the moment he is having with the twins but i had to .
'Stefan?' I whispered. I am still sore and weak after giving birth to the twins . Hoping he heard me but he didnt so i called his name a little louder than before but still a low tone.
He turned around with a bleaming smile. I extended my hand for him , he beamed and took it . He sat on the side of my bed while i rest my head on his shoulder.
'How was your beauty sleep?' He beamed .
'It was amazing . Very much needed when i dont have two little babies always kicking ' I said with a laugh. He laughed too .
'I am just glad you enjoyed it' He said .
I could feel his hot breathe on my skin. The heat of his body is intoxicating as he hovers at me . I can tell he is about to kiss me . Our lips just inches apart from eachother. I didnt waste time to smash my lips on his. After few seconds , I pulled away. Stefan smile a beaming grin as i put my arms around his shoulder .
'I love you so much' He said rubbing my cheeks .
'I love myself more' i said teasingly as he gasped at my statement . He tickled me around my tummy , he knows how ticklish i am but trying not to make noise because of the twins that are sleeping .
Even though i just gave birth , we still have time for us .
'Stefaaaaan …. Stttttttooooppppp' I stammered between the tickles. I kissed slowly , just when i know he was enjoying the kiss . I pulled away just to tease him and make him want more.
'Elenaaa!' He whinned . I laughed at his reaction at what i just did to make him stop tickling me .
'Ahh, stop whinning ' I beamed .
'But i love you' He said
'I love you baby ' I replied just when i was about to kiss him again , we heard soft whimpers from the cribs.
'So close' He said, I laughed as he stood up and walked over to Daphne's crib.
He carried her from the crib , walking towards me . I stretched towards them as Stefan handed Daphne to me.
'Hey baby' I cooed her . I saw few tears on her cheeks. I gently wiped it off .
I felt her little hands holding my top signalling that she is hungry.
I looked up to see stefan smiling
'She is hungry ' I said
'Looks like it ' he replied with a smile .
He walked over to Deven's cradle as i fed Daphne. I watched as she slowly latched her lips and starts sucking it.
After few minutes of breastfeeding Daphne , she fell asleep. I handed her over to Stefan , He burped her before taking her back to her crib .
Breastfeeding really wears me out . I was feeling dizzy , Stefan noticed me and ran over to my side.
'Are you okay, honey?' He asked snapping his fingers infront of me but this dizziness is taking control of me , next i knew i fell asleep.
Stefan's POV.
Elena said she is weak and sore and from the looks of it she does look weak. After feeding Daphne , she fell asleep again which is making me wonder what is wrong with her because she looks more stressed than normal or is it because of the delivery that drained her out.
After watching the way she was sleeping , I called klaus to come and check Elena because I am worried about why she is being weaker every single minutes.
I softly placed my hand on Deven's soft scalp and lean towards to kiss his forehead and also kissing Daphne's forehead too when Klaus came in .
'Hey man' He said patting my back.
'Hey, why does she look weaker than usual?' I asked going straight to the point .
'She gave birth to twins , I think thats why she is weaker than normal' He continued 'She looks very tired on the other hand , she will be okay' He explained.
'I know and by the way, Thanks buddy' I told him . He nodded and put his hand on my shoulder .
'They are so cute'He said. I beamed at what he said.
I am just so happy that they are here and also I am a father. I just wish i can be the same great and awesome father, that my father was to me, when he was still alive. That thought made my facial expressions change .
I just wish my mom and dad were here when their grandkids were born and to be a Grand father and Mother. And also to have Elena to be their Daughter-in-law and be welcomed into the family.
I remembered what my mom always say before she died ' Always build a big and loving family ' while Dad says ' Be the best Father , you can ever be to your kids' when we grow up but now that we have grown up and started a new family . I want to be the best father that i promised my dad I will be to my kids .
'Stef, what are you thinking about ?' Klaus asked bring me out of my thoughts.
'Huh?' I sighed looking at him .
'You zoomed out , what were you thinking about?' He asked with worried tone . I nodded
'Its just …. I remember when my parents always told me about all this things like being the best father i could ever be to my kids'I told him .
'I understand, you will be the best father you can ever be this adorable litle babies ' He replied .
'Thanks man' I said placing my hand on his shoulder.
'Enough about me. Have you thought about proposing or having kids?' I asked him.
As he nodded , 'Actually I have but i havent really talked about with her yet but I think after i propose , we will talk about it more' He said.
'Good to know, i want my kids to have cousins' I joked as we laughed.
I want my kids to have so much people than just Elena and I in their lives.
'Dont worry , Baby Mickealson will soon be here' .
'Cant wait' .I told him.
I looked at my kids sleeping peacefully.
'Our little family' I thought.
