ULTRASOUND.

A/N- Hey fellas,  I have finally updated this chapter . I really dont know anything about ultrasounds or pregnancy but i could gather up somethings . Sorry if there is any error. Thank you for being patient till this moment .

                    4 months later.
Elena's POV. 
       I woke up feeling an arm snake around my waist, smiling . I grabbed Stefan' s arm as i looked behind me.
'Good morning' i said.
'Good morning love' he said as I blushed.
'And morning  to you little one' he said rubbing my bump. I smiled at the way stefan talks to our baby if even if its not here yet , He will the best father ever.
    Today is a very exicting day for the whole family and friends. Today is the day we find out the gender of our baby. We had all our friends and family guess the gender.
     Caroline came up with a perfect idea to reveal the secrets of the gender of our baby. Obviously , Caroline offered to do the invites amd decorations for the reveal party. Her idea was for a barbecue party since everyone one loves that, then after eating the gender will be reveal by popping ballons .
    I have been ill lately because of the morning sickness . Stefan has been a major help through out the pregnancy , he is always worried whenever he goes to work every morning , but luckily for today, he is not at work because of the ultrasound appointment we have  today.
     We made breakfast 'by 'we' i mean Stefan made brekfast while I sat down amd watched ' becauae he said that i might put more pressure on myself and the baby if i do anything . I did protest but later gave up.
    After breakfast , we dressed for the doctor's appointment . We went to the car and went to the doctor's office.
'Are you nervous?' Stefan asked my from the drivers seat but was facing the road.
'Oh my, Yes' I said with a light chuckle .
'I have a feeling that we are having twins… a boy and a girl' I continued . He smiled .
'I will love that' he said removing one of his hand from the wheel and putting it on my hand . I looked at our hands and smiled.
    Once we got to the doctors office, Stefan came over to my side to help me stand up from the car as ww headed inside . We went to the receptionist, I signed in to the main desk. We went to sit down until we heard my name. We stood up at the same time amd entered the room.
    The doctor shook Stefan's hand ' since they work in the same hospital ' amd asked me 'how my pregnancy has been and the morning sickness if it is getting better' . After all the questions and introduction it was time for the ultrasound  , I was told to lay down on the table.  I held Stefan's hand as we stared the screen excitedly . He put the gel on my bump as i shivered a little but Stefan lightly squeezed me hand giving me a reassuring nod.
'Here are some leaflets just to give you an insight on what your pregnant might be because not all pregnant women has the symptoms, but dont worry it is normal ' James said
   I looked over at the screen to see the most beautiful thing , our ba… babies? .
We are having twins .

Stefan's POV.
   I was looking at the screen to see two ting babies, I smiled at Elena as tears started forming in her eyes.
'We are having twins' she said as I nodded as i placed a light kiss on her temple.
    James glanced at his computer and started typing some things, which gave me opportunity to whisper in her ear ' That's our little babies '  .
'The gender of your babies is … ' James was about to say it but i stopped him .
'We will like it in an envelope, we want to suprise our family and friends' I said
'I understand i will put in an envelope, it will brought for you  and Stefan' he stopped , as i looked over at him 'Congrats man' he continued. I smiled and stood up to shake his hand.
'Thanks James' i said as he left. I looked at my beautiful fiance . 
     In 5 months time , our beautiful babies will be brought to this life amd we will have the family we have always wanted .
'We have the ultrasound image and the genders in this envelope' The nurse said as she entered the room . I collected as Elena stood up from the table.
'Remember to drink fluids, dont carry heavy things and dont work to hard' she said .
    Elena simply smiled at her as we walked out of the room. As we walking, I  snaked my arm around Elena's waist and pulled her closer to me . She giggled which made me smile. Thats what i ever want , to see her smile.
   We drove home , every stoplight i steal kisses from him which i know he is immensly enjoying. When we pulled up at our driveway , I already saw Caroline and Bonnie car already at our driveway. I laughed at Caroline punctuality. O entered to see her holding ballon . Once she saw us , she ran to hug us as she yelled for bonnie that was at the backyard setting up the ballons . When she saw us , she  also ran over to hug us.
'How was it?' Caroline asked.
'It was great' i replied as Stefan left me with the girls .
I walked to the backyard with ballons everywhere . I gasped at the sight, I turned around to Caroline
'Caroline… wow. This is beautiful ' i said
'Well it was a lot of work to put up the ballons before you get back but it worth a shot… I will do anthing for you, you are my sister and you are having a baby!' She exclaimed at the last part as a tear alide down my cheeks . They saw it .
'Aww, dont cry ' Bonnie said as she pulled me into hug. Caroline also joined the hug.

Caroline's POV.
   It is ao cute of Elena to cry. I am so glad that she likes it and Cant wait for her  expression when her baby shower comes which she doesn't know that Stefan and I have been planning for her.
    After decorating their house , people started coming . Finally everyone is here and Stefan has started on the barbecue.
After everyone is done eating and before the cake the gender will be revealed. Everyone was waiting for the reveal.
'Hello everyone, thank you all for coming for my sister and soon to be brother in law 's baby gender reveal ' I announced getting everyone's attention.
'There are sticks beside each one of you and that will be the stick you will all use to bust down the ballons ' Bonnie continued for me . I smiled at her as she came beside me .
'And also you will hit two ballons either the same colour or different colours ' I said. As everybody nodded enthusiastically.
   I blew the horn and yelled 'Begin!!' .
I went over to bust my ballons with everyone . From the corner i could see Elena and Stefan laughing . I am jist glad that Elena has found the right man for her life .
   After 15 minutes of popping ballons , it was finally time . Stefan went inside to get something as walked over to Elena.
I tried asking her for a hint on what the gender is but she didnt tell me , then Stefan came in with an envelope as i Klaus came over to my side.
'Thank you all for witnessing this amazing day with Stefan and I  and We love you all'  Elena said .
'Now the reveal but first there is something you all have to know before the gender' Stefan said, I watched them closely as they exchanged looks.
'We are having twins!!!' Elena yelled as loudly as she can .
'OMG!!!!!!!! ' we all exclaimed at the same time. I just had the feeling that they were having twins because Elena told me that everyone should pop two ballons , which made me suspect that they were having twins .
'Now the gender?!' Damon asked . We all laughed at Damon's question.
   Stefan opened the envelope, as they both gasped at the same time 'My guess is that they didnt know the gender before coming home' I thought.
'We are having a baby boy and … girl' Elena announced. I jumped up amd ran to hug her. Then everyone started joining the hug while the boys went to  Stefan.

Unknown's POV.
'So you are telling me that he is engaged and also expecting a baby ?' I asked
'Yes ma'am' the man in black clothe said.
Now i am waiting for the  right time to enter the picture and take back what is mine .
'Thank you for this information but i need more before i retaliate on this family' i told him as he nodded.
'Sorry to ask but why are we following them?' He asked .
'I want REVENGE. ' I said rubbing my palms together and laughing .
'Now leave !' I yelled at him. He got up and left . I called my partner.
        Phone call.
Unknown 1-The plan is in motion.
Unknown 2- What do you have? 

Unknown 1-he is engaged and also expecting a baby
Unknown 2- what are you going to do ?

Unknown 1- That is none of your buisness for now
Unknown 2- Why is it none of buisness ?
I thought we are in this together.

Unknown 1- I just want him and you want her. It is better if you know nothing. Okay?
Unknown 2- As  you wish.

Unknown 1-Good, I will talk to you when i have more information .
Unknown 2- Bye.
