Joey

As I invited the mysterious girl to my house to sleep for the night, she was so mesmerized with the streets of Domino City as if it was her first time.

"You never been in Domino City before?" I asked her as the girl seems to be embarrassed about it.

"Sorry, it's not that easy. I'm not exactly from here." She said, "I'm not entirely sure if you would be shock if I tell you."

"You can tell me anything, besides , I can handle anything unusual around here, like the Shadow Games , ancient magic, you name it.

So, lay it on me."

She took a deep breath, "You really want to know the truth about me so easily, Wheeler? I'm actually am surprised that you would try to ask me out , because I am a girl, and all."

My eyes were in shocked and widen by this , as the girl begins to cover her hands to cover her laughter until she couldn't hide it anymore.

"You should've seen your face, Joey! I was just kidding." She said, as she walks inside as my best friend, Tristan and our friend, Duke was waiting for us inside.

"Dude, you actually got a girl to hang out? Finally that our Joey is all grown up!" Duke said.

"You must be Duke Devlin and Tristan Taylor, right? I'm actually am glad to meet both of you. " The girl said, as both boys were amazed and stunned that she knew who they were.

"Wait, how you know who we were without us mentioning our names?"

"I guess that I do owe you an explanation."

Jemma

Man, who would've thought that going through another dimension would be this interesting? Although, I could've saved Yug from those mysterious men.

I still wonder if I can be a great duelist like the King of Games himself. Maybe Tristan , Duke and Joey can maybe help me find a way back to my dimension, and while at the same time, help rescue Yugi.

I said, "I guess that I do owe you guys an explanation . My name's Jemma Evelyn Franklin and I'm sixteen , and... it might be a shock to you, but I actually not from this dimension."

"Are you trying to say that you actually teleported from your dimension? Is that how you know how to duel?" Joey asks.

I rubbed my head, "Actually, I love to duel, even though my mother hates it. My father, Dr. Frank, I think he made an teleportation device in my world, and I was sent here.

I really don't know how to get back."

Tristan sigh, "Well, at least that you're honest. Still I'm amazed that you are from another dimension.

Did your father mentioned about the teleportation device he was working on?"

I shook my head, "Not a word. Dad hardly reveals his work. I just can't believe it work on me, and this deck came with me, although, I'm not entirely sure why."

I showed them the mysterious new deck I've gotten as Joey gasps at one of the cards.

"Hey, is that Sliverwing Blast Gandora Dragon that you summoned earlier?"

"Sliverwing Blast Gandora Dragon? Is that a new card?" Duke asks.

I said, "I absolutely don't know if it is, but somehow I have this strange feeling that this card is special, like Yugi is bonded with Gandora, the Dragon of Destruction, when he was separated from Atem."

The boys were in state of shock that I knew that, about their adventures with the Pharaoh.

"Wait, you knew about Yugi and Atem too, from your dimension?"

I sheepishly nod with embarrassment, as Tristan hung his arm around me, "You are really incredible, Jemma! I would love to see you duel against one of us. You are part of the gang ."

I blink, "Seriously? Guys-"

"We'll do everything we can to help you get back in your dimension soon, that I promise you." Joey said, "And I keep my word, Jemma."

I smiled, "Thanks, Joey. But there is something that bothers me."

Tristan slides, "And what would that be, Jemma?"

"Why those guys ever want with Yugi in the first place?"

That thought leaves the room in silence.

Dr. Frank

I was pulled through as I said, "I have done nothing wrong! You have to believe me!"

"Says the weird scientist who somehow made an teleportation device without us noticing. Where is Jemma now?" The officer said.

I said, "I really don't know what you're talking about, so, if you want to talk about Duel Monsters research, then forget it, I'm not going to tell you anything, especially if it is about my daughter."

The officers pulled me through a cell, as I knew that I kind of felt it was my mistake of not telling Jemma about it.

She has the intentions of a great Duelist, and she has the same spirit as Atem was.

She has to figure out on her own of how to travel through the dimensional barrier and she would have to face challenges along the way.

"Jemma... I hope that you can figure it out. I just know you will." I said softly.
