Thirty two

It's dark and I'm scared but I know he's here. I feel like I'm dead. Am I? I can't move I can't open my eyes. All I wanna do is open my eyes and see him but I know once I do Hes not gonna be there... I'm gonna see black. When he talks I try to talk back but my mouth doesn't move. I feel his touch but I can't touch him back. My body hurts. I heard the song we first danced to yesterday, I wanted to dance with him again.. I miss seeing him, I wish this was real but I know it's not.. soon I'm gonna wake up in a dark room getting beat. I need him. I want him to know I'm right here. I'm here Ethan where are you. I need you

( Ethan's P.O.V)
This morning the doctors took out Alayas breathing tubes to see if she was able to breath on her own. She did for a second then stopped so they put them back in.. her chest was barley moving on it's own, Grayson stayed the night last night which was nice I'm so thankful for him honestly. But honestly I feel so alone but with him here but I know I'm not. It was 12:30 pm and I was sitting next to Alayas bedside playing on my phone. I saw a flash of color so I turned my head towards her screen and noticed there was a blue light, I looked at her confused cause she wasn't twitching so why was that happening. I stood up and walked to the door opening it
" yo I think her monitor is glitching can you come reset it I don't like getting my hopes up" I said to the nurse down the hall
"ETHAN" Grayson yelled and I shot my body back facing him,
" what" I said confused
" LOOK DUMBASS" he said pointing at alaya.
Her legs were moving and she was moving her fingers
" HOLY SHIT SHES AWAKE HELLO SHES MOVING" I yelled down the hallways and a bunch of doctors came rushing into her room, they pushed me out of the room telling me and gray to wait outside. They closed the door as me and gray waited in the hallway. I started pacing back and forth, Grayson was biting his nails. A few minutes went by and all the doctors left her room. I started walking into her room until a doctor grabbed my arm
" be gentle with her" he said. I smiled back at him. I turned to Grayson and he was happy crying. I stood in front of her door silently with my hand placed on the doorknob.
" just go" Grayson said. I looked back at him and slowly walked in. I looked at her with lust and happiness but her eyes were closed which confused the hell out of me. I walked over to her bedside gently touching her fingers. She slowly turned her head fluttering her big green eyes open, her eyes locked with mine and I couldn't help but cry.
" Ethan" she said softly. I bent down taking her into my embrace, I was crying and so was she. She couldn't hug me cause her casts but it's okay she's awake. That's all that matters
" I'm here baby. You're okay" I said crying into the crook of her neck.
" Grayson" she said and I looked up, Grayson was standing at the door happy crying, I let alaya go standing next to her bed
" come give me a hug" she said and Grayson's smile went ear to ear. He walked over to alaya hugging her, I could see Alayas smile and it made my heart melt, Grayson let go of her and she moved her arm trying to grab my hand. I sat down placing my hand under hers, I felt her fingers run across the palm of my hand I looked up at her smiling
" I love you" she said. My heart started racing I haven't heard her say that in so long it felt so good to hear
" I love you too babygirl" I said getting up to kiss her cheek.
I can't wait to hold you and not hurt you.
