Allora Stettin : The Orphan Demigod (COMPLETED)

Chapter #15 Visiting Demeter

Allora was having a hard time keeping herself from passing out in her sleep, because she couldn't control her powers when she slept.  So, she decided to ask Chiron if she could visit Mount Olympus to see if Demeter could help her control her powers when she is sleeping.

Chiron said; "Are you sure you want to leave now to see Demeter? I hope that you take someone with you." Allora said; "Yes, I am sure that Demeter may be able to help me. I don't want to keep ending up in the infirmary. I want my powers under control, because it is driving me crazy."

So, Chiron let Allora pick the person that was to go with her to Mount Olympus and Allora picked Aria, because Aria was her closest friend and Allora trusted Aria to protect her. She also decided to take Michael and Leon.

When Allora was done talking to Chiron, she went to find Aria and tell her that they were leaving. When she found Aria, she said; "Aria, I need you to come with me. I am leaving camp for a few days."  Aria said; "Where are we going?" 

Allora answered and said; "We are going to Mount Olympus. I am going to talk to Demeter and see if she can help me control my powers when I sleep."

So, they left that morning after breakfast.  Along the way, Aria asked; "How come I always have to go places with you?  I just think it's weird that we are together. Why didn't you pick someone else to go with you?"

Allora sighed and said; "The reason why I always pick you is because you are my best friend and I trust that you will have my back when we get attacked. Besides, you are not the only person coming with me.  Leon and Michael are coming too."  After that, they were quiet.

When they got to Mount Olympus, Aria, Leon and Michael  waited outside the throne room while Allora went in. The only person that was in the throne room was Demeter. 

When Demeter saw Allora, she said; "Allora dear, what a surprise!  Is there something I can help you with?"

Allora answered and said; "Yes. I, I was wondering if you could help me control my powers when I am sleeping. It tends to get out of control and I end up in the infirmary."

Demeter then smiled and said; "Of course I will try to help you. Follow me. I think I may have something that will help you."

Demeter then went to her temple and Allora followed. After they entered, Demeter handed Allora a small vial of clear liquid.

Demeter said; "This is a potion that will help you control your powers. Take this potion every night before you go to sleep, and it will help.  Don't worry, it will refill its self."

Allora said; "Thank you very much. I will try it. I have to go now. My friends are waiting outside." Demeter said; "Good luck dear. Please stay safe as you return to your camp."

After Allora left the throne room, she found Aria and the boys  waiting outside.  As they walked to the elevator to leave Mount Olympus, Aria asked; "What took you so long? You were in there for two hours." 

Allora said; "We mostly talked and then she gave me a potion to drink at night that should help me sleep at night without being choked to dead by my vines."

As they were leaving the building, they were attacked by monsters and had to fight their way through. After they killed the monsters, they got in a cab and told the driver that they wanted to go to Long island.

At first, they were quiet, then Aria said; " I don't want to return to camp right away. I want to find my mortal father." 

Allora said; "Are you sure? Chiron is expecting us to go back to camp. If that is what you want to do, I will let Chiron know and I will go with you."  Aria said; "Yes, I am sure. We should tell Chiron."
