**Logan's Pov**

It's been a few days since Izzy told Serena how she felt about me and honestly that's all I could think about. It's crazy how quickly i'm falling for her. I don't know why but I know she's the only one I ever want around. She's truly something special and I ask myself every day how lucky I am to have found her.

"hey handsome" Izzy said interrupting my thoughts.

I smiled. She always brightened my day the minute I saw her beautiful face.

"good morning, beautiful" I replied, kissing her softly.

"So, are we still having that pack meeting today?" she asked.

"Yes, actually I was just about to start it now"

"Okay. I'll get the pack ready. Meet you downstairs in 5" she said, leaving.

I still have a few things to cover before I leave...

**Izzy's Pov**

"Alright guys, settle down" Logan exclaimed.

"As you all remember, I recently revealed that I will be temporarily stepping down as Alpha. Again, please do not worry. I will not leave my pack here without supervision. Allow me to introduce, Mr. Ethan Andrews. He is our State Alpha, but most of you know him as your principal over at Eastwood Prep."

A tall, caramel colored man with dirty blonde hair and green eyes stepped forward. It was kind of strange, actually because he looked nothing older than an 26. He smiled and waved at all of us.

"Hello, everyone. You may all address me as Alpha Ethan. I'm happy to look after you guys while Alpha Anderson and Luna Stevens go away for the council meeting. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to speak to me at any time." Alpha Andrews stated politely.

Logan stepped forward once more. "But before I go, I had one more thing. Please allow me to re-introduce my Beta. Fresh out of the hospital, Mr. Brandon Mitchell!" Logan yelled excitedly.

Everyone screamed. Nobody expected that. I was especially excited. I'm glad he was okay now.

Brandon walked in smiling from ear to ear.

"I'm back, you guys!" He yelled. He walked straight up to me and Logan and gave both of us hugs. "Missed you guys so much. Thank you for everything" he said seriously.

"Anytime, brother" Logan replied.

"You got all your stuff ready, honey?" I asked Logan.

"Yes, babe. All the stuff is packed and ready in the car."

"Well lets go then, we have an important flight to catch, mister"

"Yes ma'am" Logan said, fake saluting me.

I wonder how this trip is going to be. Being called upon the council isn't always a good thing. I just hope everything goes well....
