It has been three years, Dominique is now a junior in college..

And I bet you are all thinking are her and Erik together still … Nope , she broke it off with him the middle of sophomore year because she had found out he wasn’t being truthful in their relationship . Every night he was out with some hood rat.. And she caught him cheating that was the last straw for her … She beats herself up about it all the time thinking she did something wrong or that she could have done better to keep him interested …

But she wouldn’t ever do” it” with him because she believes that , that special moment is for when you get married and you truly know that you are in love with a person and Erik didn’t agree with her decision .. He always tried to get her to the room ..

Now she is coping with the break up and is taking a break from relationships…

Dominique’s p.o.v

Today I woke up and got ready for class .. Blah .. But I do enjoy college a lot more than high school .. I feel that I have more freedom.. Hmmm

So today I walk into my class and took a seat .. But I notice something different .. There is someone new in this class I know this because this is a smaller class not many take it.. But besides that point he was very handsome with , chocolate smooth skin and an unbelievable gorgeous jaw line and his eye were beautiful .. But I am not trying to have my focus on a guy right now .. I have already had a bad experience with a boyfriend .. I am just going to wait a while ..

Teacher: okay class we are going to need you to partner up for a project .. So please pick someone and get to researching “

I look around to find someone but everyone is all taking then I feel a tap on my shoulder and I turn around it is that beautiful guy

- ” hey, I see you do not have partner and neither do I .. So would you like to be partners? And by the way my name is Craig “

Dominque- ” yes, and I am Dominque .. Nice to meet you Craig “

Craig - ” so would you like to meet up today around 3 to do some research in the library?”

Dominique- ” sure..” she says smiling

Then she thinks to herself lord why did he have to walk up to me? Oh well ….and wait he looks familiar .. Someone I feel I had known .. Hmmm I can’t put my finger on it …

Later on that day I was getting ready go to the library to meet up with Craig so we could research..

Once I got there there he was sitting at a table bobbin his head to whatever he was listening to..

Then I tapped him on the shoulder and he turned around smiling

Craig- ” hey Dominique , so are you ready to start researching? ” he said with making a ewwy face

She laughed ” yes, I guess.. But what are we going to do research about? “

Craig” ummn .. I guess the civil war? “

Dominique- ” okay , sounds good”

The whole time that they were talking and researching .. Out of the blue Craig says..

” hey I’m hungry.. Would you like to go grab a bite to eat?”

Dominique- ” ummn… -“

Craig- ” come on .. Just to eat not a date or anything okay?”

Dominique- ” haha, fine lets go”

They leave the library and arrive at Red Robin

Dominique- ” so when did you come over here?”

Craig- ” well I transferred over here from UCLA because I wanted something different and I wanted to be closer to family I was in California since I was like 14, for a career I was doing and yeah … So that is my story..”

Dominique- ” oh okay cool.. Well I am glad you came ha .. And im from California .. I had to get away though.. “

Craig-” oh thank you, and oh okay I see ” he said looking into her eyes

Then Dominique began to look into his eyes as well then and the waitress and came broke the moment ..

Waitress- ” would you like some dessert?”

Craig-” no, would you like any dessert? ” he said to dominque

Dominique - ” I have to get going actually …”

She was reaching into her purse , to get money out to pay right as she was about to take money out

Craig- ” no I am paying ” he said with a smile

Dominique sat back and thought wow Erik never would have done that .. When I was with him I payed most of the time .

I need to stop thinking about him…

Dominique- ” well thank you.. I owe you”

Craig-” no do not worry about it okay “

They arrive back at the campus and Craig drops her off at her dorm

Craig” well I have a wounderful time with you Dominique and thank you for making me feel a little bit welcomed to the school. Would you like to hang out anther time besides “researching”? “

Dominque- ” you are welcome , haha and yes I would love too!”

Craig- ” alright cool cool ” he said smiling

Then he left …

I walk into my room set my things down and go a take a shower.. Then I begin to do my homework and deside to start playing the radio..

Then an old mindless behavior song begins to play ” girls talkin bout, I got them girls talking bout…”

” oh man I have no heard this song in forever .. Hmmm what ever happened to this group?.. They were so talented .. Ha and the Mohawk one was my favorite lord… If I could fine him now.. Haha”

She starts to do her homework again and starts to text her best friend Asialynn and yes they are still friends

D-” hey girl! What’s up?”

A- ” nothing much girl doing this homework .”

D- ” haha, same here and I met this guy today in my history class.. He is so gorgeous girl”

A-” awe, but hey remember ..”

D- ” yeah, I know lol we are just friends: )”

A-” ” okay that’s good.. Well I’m going to finish my work girl I will text you later okay”

D- ” bye homie ha: )”

Dominique then finishes her homework and just as she is about to fall alseep she receives a text message

Craig-” hey I hope I didn’t wake you .. But I just wanted to let you know again that I had a great time and yeah.. Okay good night ;) “
