you were awaken by your phone constantly ringing. the bright morning sun lit up your room. groaning, you rolled over and picked up your phone.

you finally got out of bed and walked to your closet and there you found a note.

'pick a comfy outfit for today love -z'

you grabbed one of his hoodies a baggy t-shirt and some grey sweats. while you got ready, you saw a note hanging off your suitcase in the corner of you closet. weird.

'pack 2 weeks worth of clothes, we're going on an adventure -z'

you did as the note said you and packed clothes for the next 2 weeks and some other necessities. tt was already 9:15 so you decided to head downstairs to eat, there you found another note next to a plate full of your favorite fruits and a smoothie.

'eat up, you've got yet another big day ahead of you. once you're done grab your stuff and your suitcase. there's an uber waiting outside -z'

you quickly ate and drank your smoothie, then you went upstairs and grabbed everything you needed and headed out the door. there your uber driver stood waiting outside of the car. he placed your suitcase in the trunk and helped you in. the driver handed you a starbucks drink as you buckle in. you spot a note attached to the side of it.

'got your favorite drink, see you at the airport ;) -z'

the airport? Why was he taking you to the airport? and there you sat for the next 30 minutes slowly sipping your drink.

finally, you arrived at the airport. the driver handed you your suitcase and bags and headed off. you feel your phone buzzing, so you check it to see an incoming call from zach.

'hey baby, I like your outfit' he chuckles

'ok so you can see me' you reply as you look around

'yes I can, now come find me' he chuckles once more

'you're impossible herron' you sigh

'hahaha, i love you too' he states before ending the call

you placed your phone into your back pocket and looked around. suddenly a pair of arms wraps around your waist and a chin rests on your shoulder.

'hi baby' he whispers before kissing your neck

'i thought I was supposed to find you?' you question

'i couldn't wait to hug you' he shrugs

'so what's your big surprise this year?' you ask

'you'll see' he smirks

he grabs your hand along with his luggage and heads towards the checkin. the lady hands him 2 tickets and off you two went.

'zach come on tell me' you begged once you got to your gate.

'nope, you're gonna have to wait and see' he smiles before kissing your cheek

after an hour of waiting, you heard a voice coming from the overhead

'flight 265 to france now boarding'

'oh that's our flight' zach exclaims as he shoots up from his seat

'you did not' say in disbelief

he shoots you his cute smile, 'surprise!'

you hug him tightly and wrap your arms around his neck. he then showers you in kisses and rocks you back and forth. you stay like this for a couple minutes before he lets you go.

'ok, we should get on this flight' he laughs

'yeah we should' you smile

the two of you quickly grab your things and board the plane, he directs you to economy and sits down.

'i love you so much, what did i do to deserve you' you beam

'i love you too baby, hey i should be the one saying that!' he exclaims

'dork' you laugh at his small remark

and for the next 2 weeks you and zach went all over france and small parts of europe just exploring and having fun. you two goofed around often, and during that time you attempted to teach zach simple french but he failed miserably. other than that the two of you had the time of your life. so when it was time to head home you guys slept for most of the week, attempting to fix your sleep schedules.
