Clary was pacing back and forth in her room, now in her night dress that reached mid-thigh.
How could they spy on her? There was nothing interesting about her.
She heard a knock on her door.
She paused and a minute later, the knock came again: knock, knock knock, knock. Like a secret code.
Clary unlocked the door and saw Jace standing on the other side.
He looked at her night dress and smirked, making Clary blush.
"Can I come in?" He asked.
Clary stepped back, allowing him to enter and he did, standing infront of the doorway.
Naomi, now awake, squealed at Jace. "Naomi." Clary gazed at her bird.
Jace smiled. "She's a cleaver one isn't she?" He stepped closer to the bird and petted it's head with two fingers.
"Yeah." Clary sat on her bed watching th Angel Boy and Naomi get along. Angel Boy.
"I came to apoligize for spying on you and I was wondering if I could take you somewhere speacial." Jace said, sitting down next to her.
Clary smiled. "Like a date?"
Jace stood and pulled her up. "Exactly like a date."
