Fiore, the Northern Kingdom; 20 years ago.

(A/N: Play the media when it's said to so it goes along with when the king starts to sing. It's the english translation of the song since I can't Korean lol.)

"Mana, we have talked about this. Minori needs to go into hiding, or Hayato will find her and kill her to gain her power." "Ayumu, we can't do this. She needs her father, and so do her future siblings." Mana looks down at her huge baby bump through her big night gown, then looks at the little girl that has a tight grip on her night gown. "What is it, Minnie?" Mana asked the small child with a soft voice.

Ayumu sighed and walked past them, going to a guard that has walked into the room. "What is it?" He asked in quiet gruff voice. "Lord Hayato has sent a messenger." The guard answered in a low monotone voice. "Okay, let's go." Ayumu left the room with the guard and headed to the throne room.

"Now presenting, Lord Ayumu of the North." The advisor announced to the throne room. Ayumu walked into the room and sat down on the throne.  "What do you want?" Ayumu asked, obviously annoyed. "Lord Hayato would like for his son, Prince Iliyam, to marry Princess Minori of the North so that Fiore can be one again." The messenger read off of the scroll, looking up at Ayumu after finishing. "Your answer, sire?" The messenger asked hesitantly. "No." "Wait wha-" No." Ayumu got up and left the throne room, in a horrible mood.

(A/N: Okay you can start playing the song now.)

"It's at stake again, it's dangerous again," Ayumu began to sing at a low tone. "So bad why, we are, yeah, to withstand it more, to sustain it more." His voice slowly rose, continuing to walk away from the throne room. Ayumu sees a window that looks out to another window, where his bedroom is. "So hard hard, it can't..." A single tear falls on his face, he wipes it away. He knows what needs to be done.

He stomps away from the window in anger and regret. Putting his hands out, Ayumu pushes a set of doors in front of him, to a case of stairs. The young man runs down the stairs, with his tears trailing behind him. "Even if I knew already, I can't stop. No way, no way, no way." He sings out loud, not giving a care in the world. "As time passes, it just becomes more ruined. No way, no way, it's collapsing again." Ayumu gets off the stairs and runs through double doors, to the outside world.

"A house made of cards, and us, inside. Even though the end is visible, even if it's going to collapse soon." He runs and kicks a pebble, but uses his telekinesis to place the pebble down gently. "A house made of cards, we're like idiots. Even if it's a vain dream, stay like this a little more." The man sung out, looking at the lit window on one of the castle's towers.

"Slow down the time, please stay for a little more, oh." Ayumu was almost to his breaking point. "Please, baby, calm down. Just a little more..." He collapses to his knees, with his head in his hands. "More precarious... more dangerous," He sings softly, as if it's the last time he will be able to sing. "We are so bad, so bad yeah. To endure, to support more... So hard as it falls again, ah." The emotional man punches the ground hard, knowing it's going to leave a few cracks. But he didn't care.

"A house made of cards, and us, inside. Even though the end is visible, even if it's going to collapse soon." He goes onto his hands in as if he's crawling, with tears falling onto the ground. "A house made of cards, we're like idiots. Even if it's a vain dream, stay like this a little more." When Ayumu finished, he got up and fixed this outfit. He wiped away the fallen tears from his face and walked to the guard that had came from the doors.

"It's time to get to work." "Yessir." Ayumu and the guard went into the castle to get ready for the preparations.

Meanwhile in the South Kingdom

"He said 'No.', your Highness." "He said WHAT?!" Hayato was beyond angry. Right when he had found away to acquire the special magic power from Princess Minori of the North, too. "Fuck it, I will spend the rest of my life trying to get that power. And to murder Ayumu's daughter as well." An evil grin crept onto his face, then he motioned for his advisor to come to the throne as the messenger walked away.

"Can you call my son down? I need to tell him something." "Of course, Your Highness." Then the advisor teleported to the child's room. Sitting on the bed was a clumsy four year old named Iliyam Shimizu. "Prince Iliyam, the King has asked for your presence in the the throne room. Please come down immediately." "'Kay! I'm coming!" Iliyam responded to the advisor who teleported away.

Iliyam climbed down from his bed carefully, and ran to the stairs. But, he tripped over his tiny shoe and fell down a huge case of stairs. Still beaming a smile, he ran to the throne room in a mess. "Daddy I'm here I'm here!" Iliyam shouted to his father. Hayato eyed his son in disgust and said three simple words in a response. "You are such a disgrace."

The child's eyes widened in shook, before he looked down with a shadow over his eyes. "I hate you!" Iliyam dashed out of the throne room with tears swelling in his eyes. He ran up the stairs and slammed the door to his room, locking himself in. His tear-filled eyes saw books piled on his bed, books that could teach him magic. Iliyam picked up the first book, and that's when his life changed.

Prince Iliyam Shimizu learned magic for the next 20 years, resulting in becoming the second strongest mage in the Southern Kingdom. Of course, his father being number one. From that day on, he decided that he will surpass his father and take him down when the time comes.

King Ayumu Asuka of the Northern Kingdom decided from that day on that Queen Mana Minatozaki and Princess Minori Asuka should go into hiding on the outskirts of Magnolia, the royal city, on a farm to get out of grasps of King Hayato Shimizu, the king of the South.

How will this affect everyone? Only the future knows. Stay tuned for 'Chapter 1' of "Lost in the Dream."
