Part 9: Getting to know Mr Park

Y/N P.O.V:

I got to class early and met up with Jungkook, we started to talk before class was supposed to start and he ended up telling me he knew Jimin from outside of school so I ended up telling him the same and explaining the whole moving thing.

He even listened to my rant about how my mum and step dad left which surprised me because my friends from back home wouldn't, well I say back home but here's my home now.

Jungkookalso told me I could call him by his nicknames as they were shorter and also sounded cuter.

We ended up just waffling after that until Jimin walked into class looking put together but still messy, like he's just woken up; he looked cute.

"Good morning everybody, I hope you all slept well." He said putting the pile of papers he was carrying on the table and putting his bag around the back of his chair.

"Today like promised we will be doing a Q and A session so that we can all get to know each other better, but to make this fun everyone will be picking out of a hat and answering the questions they pull." He said this with a smile on his face going around the class letting people pull pieces of paper from a plastic bag.

"Well Mr Jeon are you going to choose first or will miss Y/N?" He asked smiling smugly at Jungkook.

"Well I'll be letting the lady of course." He said passing me the plastic bag.

I pulled my question and he pulled his too.

Mine asked "Are you currently crushing on someone?" and kook's asked "Do you have a job."

When I showed kook mine he laughed because of how different the questions where then proceeded to tease me over it because of how close he was to choosing it.

He got lucky, I didn't.

"Well now class why don't we start going around answering the questions we've selected?" Jimin said with a wide grin on his face.

"Mr Park why don't you have any questions? you're apart of this class too." One of the girls said looking up at him with puppy dog eyes.

Ugh I hate when people do that.

"Well why don't you ask me some questions." He stated leaning on to his desk at the front of the class room.

"Go ahead, ask away."

One by one, everyone's hands raised except mine and some of the boys in my class.

"Whats your first name?" "Jimin."

"Do you have any siblings?" "Yes I have a big family with two brothers, one step brother and one step sister. I consider them all family." Jimin responded with a slightly reluctant face.

That was until someone asked him that one awkward question, asking it straight off with no beating around the bush like the rest of the class had been trying to do.

"Are you dating anyone?" "Nope." He said turning his eyesight to me, giving me a smirk and then looking down.

"Not right now at least, what about you?" He said to the girl who asked instantly making her face turn bright red.

"N..n..no" She replied shyly before her boyfriend, Haru, stood up shouting "What the hell?!?" with his friend holding him back.

"Can everyone please go back to their seats." Jimin said looking at Haru with that same smug look on his face that he gives me all the time.

At least i'm not the only one.

"Now why don't we go around the class. Since I answered some questions I think it would only be fair." Jimin smiled separating his puffy lips to reveal his teeth; I never noticed before but his front tooth was slightly crooked, it was cute.

After that the whole class started answering their questions

Eventually the questions got around to me and Jungkook.

Kook answered his saying "My question asked if I have a job, so yeah, I work at a small cafe downtown." Not letting the location or name slip.

Then everybody turned to me.

"My question asked if I am crushing on anyone right now and the answer is no." I said bluntly trying to not look up to meet the faces of my class mates.

"Is that so Miss Y/N?" Jimin said with a playful look in his eyes.

I'm not about to let him piss me off in class where I can't do anything about it.

"Nope, and neither do you apparently." I said tilting my head slightly.

All the boys started to talk between themselves nudging each other talking about me and Kook just laughed and put his arm around my shoulder.

"Your the best Y/N." He laughed and then dug his head into my shoulder.

Jimin pressed his tongue against the back of his teeth in annoyance, clearly my come back was enough to shut him up for now.

The rest of the class went on and then eventually the day was over, with no detentions might I add.

Me and Jungkook stayed after school for a bit to talk and then he invited me to his work for a drink of coffee, his treat.

So we ended up walking downtown talking between the two of us and getting there early for Jungkook's shift.
