Part 10: Bangtan Cafe

Y/N P.O.V:

After walking for about 35 minutes me and Kook were at a place called Bangtan Cafe, located right in the middle of downtown.

It was a small cafe, and it had a vintage vibe to it but still gave of a cute and friendly impression in contrast to the tall buildings of the entire area.

Above the door there was a pink and white striped little roofed bit which had a delicate white fence surrounding it, with 5 vintage outside tables with 2 chairs accompanying each table.

My first though was it would be cute to go to with some friends, the problem is I didn't really know anyone except Jungkookand he worked there so I'd eel bad asking him to hang out where he works.

We both walked in and where met by Jungkook's boss

"Oh myyyyy Kookieeeeee never did I ever think you'd bring a ladyyy friend to work with you." She said in a loud nasal voice.

"You're getting confused boss, this is my friend Y/N, Y/N this is my boss Pippin Petal."

"Why don't you have such a precious name, and such a pretty face too. Such a pretty young lady like yourself must be driving all the boys mad." She said cupping her hands around my face, squeezing my cheeks making me giggle.

"It's nice to meet you Miss Petal." I said looking at the 40 year old woman with heavy make up in front of me, her unique style had its own charm to it making the cafe's appearance make more sense.

"No need for formalities Dearie, you can call me Pippin. And your accent is simply adorable my love." She said cooing over me.

"Thank you." I simply said overwhelmed by her massive personality.

"Come sit down Y/N." Jungkooksaid standing behind the counter with his little apron on.

"Awe Kookie you look so cute." I said smiling widely at him making his face go flushed.

"Thank you heh, you would've loved what Pippin made us all wear on valentines day, they were cute pink aprons with hearts and frills all over them, she even made me wear bunny ears." He said smiling and laughing.

"BOO!" a voice yelled, jumping onto my back.

"Jesus Christ Taehyung you just gave me a heart attack." I said panting with my heart beating out of my cheat.

"That's what you get for teasing kookie." He said laughing to the point he fell onto the floor.

"So it turned out we did have the same Jungkook." He said pulling himself together.

"It would appear so." I said giving him a hand.

After that the three of us ended up talking as Tae and Kook did their work at the same time, all of us ended up loosing track of the time and they both ended up working an hour over time because Pippin didn't want to tell them their shift ended.

The three of us ended up walking home together walking Jungkookto his house and then back home.

"That was fun Y/N, you should come by our work more often, I haven't had that much fun in a while, plus I didn't get the chance to make you my amazing coffee special." Tae said linking my arm and then swinging it jollily.

"Well you never know, I might just get lost one day walking home from school with Kook and pop in." I said joking.

As we stood outside the door mine and Tae's phones both got notifications that we had been added into a group chat by Kook.

I feel a lot better moving down here now knowing I have friends and I'm getting on better with my new family.

Even though things are complicated right now with Jimin i'm sure things will work themselves out.

Maybe me and Jimin can go to Bangtan cafe at some point...
