*Harry POV*
I woke up and saw that the clock read five thirty five. I rolled over and tried to fall back asleep but my eyes popped back open when I realized it was Christmas. I jumped out of bed and pulled on a pair of loose grey sweats.
I opened my door and looked out into the hallway, it was still pitch black outside which allowed for me to see the dim glow of the lights coming from the tree in the living room. I ran a hand through my hair and rubbed the sleep from my eyes. I quietly walked down the hall, stopping in front of Liam's door, but hearing nothing.
I reached the sitting room and looked around, a pile of sleeping bags and blankets were scattered around the floor, but I saw no sign of any people. I looked back down the hallway, wondering where they could be. I heard a noise come from the kitchen and I smiled. I walked through the door and saw my mum and Gemma sitting at the table in their pajamas.
"Sorry. I'm so sorry." Gemma chuckled as my mom wiped up what looked to be spilled coffee from the table.
I cleared my throat and they both turned their heads towards me. I walked towards the table and sat down next to Gemma.
"Oh Harry! Good morning. Would you like a cup of coffee dear?" Before I could answer my mom was already up grabbing a cup from the cupboard and filling it. She placed the cup in front of me and I took a sip.
It was so nice having my mum and Gemma fly in for the holidays. I was going to go back home but I had to pick up a few extra shifts around the holidays because we had so many holiday parties booked. Liam decided to stay also so that I wouldn't be alone for the holidays. Two days ago, Liam told me he was headed to do some last minute Christmas shopping for his girlfriend. But when he came home, he had two suitcases with him and my mum, Robin, and Gemma behind him.
It was such a surprise but they told me they couldn't picture Christmas with out me and so they decided to come to me instead this year.
We sat at the table and I listed to them talk about everything going on back at home for awhile. The doorbell rang and I wondered who would be at the house at six thirty in the morning. I opened the door and saw Sophia standing on the doorstep, both arms filled with boxes and gift bags.
"Hey! Here let me help you." I grabbed some of the bigger boxes and led her into the sitting room where we placed the presents underneath the tree. After our arms were empty she stepped closer and gave me a hug. I hugged her back and we chatted for a minute.
I really liked Liam's girlfriend. She was really nice, plus she cooked for us three to four nights a week. It was much better than the take out we ate nearly every night for the first two months we lived here. I never felt like a third wheel when I was around them, and I knew that she made Liam really happy which made me happy.
"Where's Liam?" She looked around the sitting room and down the hall which was still dark.
"Uh, I think he is still sleeping, I haven't seen him yet."
"Sleeping at-" she looked down at her watch " six forty on Christmas. Well we just can't have that now can we." I watched as she walked down the hall and pounded on Liam's door before barging in.
"Hey!" I chuckled as I heard Liam yell. I walked back into the kitchen and rinsed out my near empty cup. My mum left to wake up Robin who was in the guest room. We had plenty of space for them to all sleep in beds but my mum and Gemma had insisted on staying on the sitting room floor near the tree.
The four of us sat on the couches in the sitting room, waiting for Liam and Sophia. A few minutes later, Sophia appeared, dragging Liam behind her. He still looked half asleep and I chuckled as Gemma handed him a cup of coffee and he took it gladly, nearly drinking the whole thing in one gulp.
