It has been a month since my coma, I've been doing, eh, ok I guess. Collins has kept a close eye on me, I'm still terrified, and still having a hard time believing that it never happened. It just seemed so real, and I almost get panic attacks when I have to leave my brother alone.
"I'll get home later, ok?" I said to Collins grabbing my keys.
"Ok bro. Drive safe see ya." He said, his eyes glued to the tv. I rolled my eyes, opened the door and headed down the stairs. I got into my car and drove off.
I turned on the radio and danced and sang to the music. I've been told I have a good voice, I don't like to brag, it's not awful. I've always wanted to audition for American idol. But let's face it. It's. Never. Gonna. Happen. But it's one of my dreams. I parked in the parking lot of the school and went inside. I was studying architecture, I got to my class room. My professor gives me the death stare. After about 30 seconds of him looking me dead in the eye he says "you're late."
"I'm sorry sir, I-I've has a rough week"
"I don't care, you better get here on time tomorrow, or else there will be consequences." "Yes sir." I nodded and I took a seat. I was bored out of my mind and decided to draw, I wrote down some words, I can't remember where I heard them... I love you forever, I'll like you for always, as long as you're living my baby you'll be. I had those words in my head all day. Where did I hear them? But they made me happy.
When I got home I didn't say anything to Collins. I went straight to my room, laid on my bed and pondered on those words. It was driving me insane. A few minutes later Collins came in my room with some ice cream. "Bro, do you want some ice cream?" He asked taking a big bite. I looked up, "Yea sure." I said
"What are you thinkin about?" He asked.
"Stuff"
"What kind of stuff Devan. You don't always have to be so difficult." He said playfully pushing me.
"I've had these words stuck all day in my head, I can't figure out where i heard them."
"Well what are they?" He asked.
"I love you forever, I'll like you for always, as long as you're living my baby you'll be." Right as I said that Collins's face dropped. "W-what's wring?" I asked.
"That's What Mom used to tell us..." Collins said as tears filled his eyes.

"Collins what's wrong?!" I asked in terror. he looked at me, didn't say a word, grabbed his keys and said to me. "We gotta g-go." I followed him to the car. I stated crying. I knew something was wrong.
