Stuck In Between [hayes grier]

Chapter 4

Hailey's POV:

I fell asleep during the long car ride. I woke up and I was leaning on Hayes shoulder.

"Sorry." I said

"No no it's fine. I actually kinda liked it." He said while smiling

I noticed that Hayes hand was all bruised and cut.

"What happened to your hand Hayes?" I said.

"Oh. Um I kinda got mad when you were in the coma. So I punched a wall." He said.

"Don't do that again." I said looking at him.

We arrived at Hayes house 20 minutes later and I didn't want to leave.

"You wanna stay at my house and have a movie day?" Hayes asked me.

"Sure I would love too." I said

Hayes lead me up to his room and I sat in the edge of his bed.

" What movie do you wanna watch?" He asked

"I don't care you can pick" I said.

He ended up picking The Fault In Our Stars. He put the movie in and layer down right next to me. During the movie I got tired and snuggled up into Hayes and he put his arm around my waist and pulled me close.

We weren't dating. Yet. But that's what friends do? Right? We ended up falling asleep like this.

I woke up in the morning and Hayes was already up getting dressed. He didn't know I was up and he was looking through his drawer with No shirt on. I accidentally made a noise and he turned around. Dang he had some abs!

"Like what you see?" He asked me and smiled

I smiled then he came over to me and wrapped his arms around me. I snuggled into his warm bare chest. That's when he said something that I was so happy to hear.

"Hailey, I know this isn't a romantic date but will you be my girlfriend? I have loved you since the day I met you." He said

"Yes" I said with the biggest smile on my face and I hid it by burying my face into his chest.

"I really like you Hailey." Hayes said poking sides.

"I really like you too." I said in his chest.
