Chapter 22

Hailey's POV:

I woke up to and looked around the room, but it was still empty. I then realized that Nash's arms were around my waist. Being on his arms made me safe. Wait no. I can't say that.

We are just friends.

I tried to get up but his grip just tightened. I rolled around to face him. His eyes were still closed but he was smiling.

He opened his eyes so that we were looking right into each other's eyes.

I felt his face getting closer to me and he was so close that I could literally feel his breath against my lips.

There was a knock at the door.

Thank god I didn't have to do that again. Don't get me wrong, I like Nash but not in that way. Plus he still has a girlfriend.

"Open up sleepy butts." We heard Matt say.

Nash quickly got up and put a shirt on. I walked over to the door and opened it revealing the rest of the guys. They all ran in the room and plopped down on the beds.

Just then Hayes walked in looking like he just had sex. I felt him sit down next to me and he put his arm around my shoulder.

"Hey Babe." He said.

"Don't call me babe." I said and shook his arm off and walked out of the room into the hallway. I ran down till I got to a corner and sat down on the floor. I brought my knees into my chest and I tried to hold back the tears but they just came.

I heard footsteps coming towards me. I looked up and it was Hayes. He looked confused.

"Don't just stand there looking all confused and innocent. You know what you did." I spat at him.

"What are you talking about?" He said.

At this point I was really pissed. He wasn't even admitting that he kissed that girl.

"You know what you did Hayes! You kissed that girl! You thought you were hiding and I didn't see it but I did Hayes!" I said now yelling.

"I'm sorry." He said.

I was shocked. Sorry was all he could say. Really?!

" that's all your gonna say!!?? You came into the room looking like you fucking just had sex!" I said.

Hayes just stood there with a blank expression on his face.

"Did you?! Did you have sex with her?!" I said.

"Yes." He mumbled.

I stood up so we were both standing now.

"I knew it. I knew you never liked me or even loved me." I said.

"No I love you Hailey! You don't understand!" He said. I could tell he is about to cry.

"Yes I do understand Hayes. I think we should take a break." I said

" No! No! We can't!" He said blinking his tears away.

"I'm sorry Hayes, I really am. But I don't think you're sorry." I said and brushed past him and ran out of the hotel.
