Stuck In Between [hayes grier]

Chapter 12

Hailey's POV:

I woke up to my phone vibrating in my pocket. Some unknown number was calling me.

I ignored it.

Hayes was still sleeping so I thought I would go and get him some breakfast from Dunkin Donuts.

I quickly took a shower and put on some mint high-waisted shorts, a white lace top, and my black vans. I put hair into a side braid and put on light makeup.

I wrote a note and left.

I got in my car and drove off to Dunkin.

I felt my phone vibrate again. It was from the same unknown number that called earlier.

I read the text:

Watch your back 😈

I started to worry. I don't know that number. But I just shook it off.

I parked in the parking lot and went in side.

I was about to order but a blindfold went over my face and a hand went over my mouth.

I suddenly was being picked up.

I tried kicking and screaming but it didn't work.

I got the idea to lick the persons hand but they didn't budge. The hand tasted oily and dirty.

I heard a car door close and the engine start.

I felt a sharp pain in my side.

Then everything went black.
