You woke up to being hit in the side by something and someone saying "What the hell?" quietly in a southern accent. You coughed and sat up, scooting out of the way, up against the wall. The door you were lying in front of was pushed open, and there you looked up, seeing Thomas. He looked down at you. "Y/N, Why are you on the floor?! Are you okay?!" He'd ask, quickly kneeling down to your side. You'd shake your head. "Tired..." you'd whine. You felt so weak... Thomas would sling his backpack over his shoulder and pick you up. "Alright, you might be hungry. Let's go back to Washington." You'd nod, and wrap your arms around him holding on.
"Y/N?!" You heard someone shout. You'd open your eyes. You fell asleep? You looked up from Thomas' chest and over to where the shout came from. It was Washington. He rushed over to you. "Are you okay?! She's okay right?! What happened?!" You'd stop him from talking. "I was just really tired." You'd say weakly. He'd sigh and smile sadly. "If you say so. Let's get in the car and get home. It's Easter tomorrow." You'd nod, and Thomas put you in the car, and you started driving home. After that, you fell asleep.
You woke up. Except, you were in your bed. "Was that whole thing a dream...?" You didn't feel tired. You felt completely energized. "Maybe it was a dream..." You thought to yourself. Washington opened the door. "Wake up, guys. We have church." he'd say before he started closing the door. He'd stop and open it again. "And, happy Easter. Now get ready." He'd say before walking away to wake the others. Lafayette rolled out of bed and started got his general's uniform out. "Wait, whats with the general's uniform?" you'd ask. He'd look down at it, then over at you. "We wear them to church, because we perform after." he'd say acting as if you knew this. "Wait, what?"
After getting dressed, and quickly being taught the damn song you had no idea about, and countless apologies from Washington once he remembered he never told you, you were ready. You all went to church, went through mass, and sang your songs. You were supposed to sing "Perfect" by Ed Sheeran with John, because nobody else would do it with John. It was really fun, and everyone was really impressed. A lot of people said you all should be on Broadway.
(COUGH COUGH)
You all got home and ate breakfast, and had an Easter egg hunt! It was all really fun, and it turns out you all were pretty competitive when it came to bright colorful plastic eggs filled with candy or coins. Of course, you being the shortest, you could crawl into spaces where everyone else couldn't, and you were the fastest at running, so you got the most eggs. You suddenly zoned out.
"Y/N, wait till I say go to get the eggs!" Your father would shout. "Sorry, dad. I'm just so excited!" You skipped along the sidewalk in front of your house as you waited till your dad said it was okay to start hunting for eggs. Your Easter basket in your hand, and white fluffy bunny ears upon your head, you were ready.
This was the last Easter you spent with your real dad...
"Alright, Y/N. You can start!" Your dad would shout to you, and you'd book it across the front yard to the back, where all the eggs were hidden.
You'd laugh quietly as you stood in the middle of the yard. You suddenness got warm, and dizzy. "Y/N? You can keep looking, there are a few more eggs." Hercules would say. "Unless you want us to get the rest." He'd laugh. You'd stand there, staring down into your egg basket. You'd quietly laugh a little. "Y/N?" Alex would ask walking up to you, a few feet away. You'd look up from your basket and over to Alex. "Alex?" You'd ask. "What's wrong, Y/N?" He'd respond. Your breathing became heavier, you got dizzy, and you felt warm. "H-help..." you'd say before blacking out and collapsing to the ground. The last thing you saw was Alex kneeling at your side, and the last thing you heard was Washington calling your name.
