This whole dinner has been pretty quiet, the only proper conversations that have been held so far have been between Ethan, Leah, Blake and I.

There's been a few glares shot by Shawn and Grayson, I get that they don't really get along but come on, you're making this so awkward.

After talking to Leah for a little while, I realized how much of a sweet girl she is, she seems like a really wealthy girl, and guess what? She and I went to the same preschool, who would've guessed.

Shawn has been clenching his fists a lot during this evening, his gaze was only on Grayson, they had like this facial-code with each other, which I found rather interesting.

"So.." I started. "How are you guys liking your food so far?" My attempt to start a conversation once again failed. I awkwardly smiled and nudged Zack whom was sitting next to me, he quickly catches on to what I was intending to do.

"It's.. good! It's really cheesy and.. pastasy" Is that even a word? I looked at him with the most confused look written on my face, his eyes widen and he shrugs.

"It's great, thanks for fixing it babe- I mean Sarah" Everyone's jaws dropped to the ground.

"DID YOU JUST CALL HER BABE?!" Everyone shouted, except for Leah, she seems confused. I gulped.

"The weather is quite nice today, isn't it?" I said trying to delete what Shawn just spat out of his mouth from America's history. "Sarah. There's a storm going on." Blake said, I turned to her side and gave her the deadliest glare ever.

I sighed. "Okay guys, Shawn and I have something to tell you" I cleared my throat for what seemed like the thousandth time this evening.

"Me and Shawn are together" I rapidly said. "Woah! Congrats you guys!" Blake stood up from her seat and engulfed me in a hug, soon everyone was a part of this lovely group hug, well, almost everyone.

"This is bulls-" "GRAYSON!" Grayson threw his fork back into the plate, he left his seat and rapidly walked back into his room, slamming the door as he went in.

"I better go talk to him" Leah worriedly said, as she took the first step forward, I placed my hand on her shoulder before she could go any further.

She turned around, possibly wondering why I'm holding her back, I shook my head motioning a 'no' to her action, she knew what I was trying to tell her, she seemed hesitant at first, but again, I know him way better than she does, so she let me go, mouthing a 'good luck' before letting go of my hand.

I nervously walked towards Grayson's room, always keeping my head down, I've been trying to think of some ways I could start the conversation, which I know will soon turn into an argument.

I made a few statements in my head, I can feel my stomach going crazy, and how my feet are trying to stop me from walking, should I just stop and listen to them?

No.

Why am I overthinking this? It's not like I don't know him. But again, we're not friends anymore, so I guess you could say we're.. strangers?

I have no idea.

Before I knew it, I was standing right in front of his door, debating wether if I should knock, or just leave.

I took a deep breath before knocking on his door, I stood their still, impatiently waiting for an answer.

"Go away!" I heard from the other side of the wall. "Grayson, it's me" "Sarah?" "Yeah..."

I played with my fingers, as an awkward silence took over the short conversation we were having.

"Just leave" I bit my lip. "No" "Sarah I swear-" "just open the door and hear me out, and I'll leave you alone once I'm done" I took another deep breath. "...Please"

My nervousness level just went from high to too high, I'm starting to regret even coming here.

No Sarah! Don't say that, you're doing the right thing, keep going! You're doing great.

The door was soon open, he stepped out of the way letting me into the messy room he's currently staying at.

"We need to talk."
