She asked me if I was the sea or a star
The sea having two sides to it
Yin and Yang
Dark and light
One side choppy waters
A raging storm
Swirling like a tsunami
One would drown in that sea
The other side calm
A flat surface
Like a window
Only slight ripples to be seen
One would surely swim forever
Then there's the star
Having a beginning and an end
It must collapse to be born
But then shines brightly
It can live for millions of years
However from a humans eye
It's already dead
And then it does die
Exploding with light
Sending a ripple effect
Across the universe
That nobody even notices
Then the cycle repeats itself
So, she asks again
Are you a two-sided sea or a repeating star?
