I traveled around the world, searching for you. I looked inside caves and ruins, fearless of the dark at the thought of you. I even climbed Mount Everest and let your name echo across the snow capped dunes, hoping maybe you'd here me. I strolled through the cobblestone streets of old towns and the crowded streets of New York City, trying to catch a glimpse of your golden hair. I sailed the oceans, feeling the fresh salty air fill my lungs, as I gazed into the crystal blue water that reminded me of your eyes. I hiked through forests, climbed every mountain, visited cities and towns. I searched for you high and low, but in the end I never found you. Instead, I found a part of myself I thought I'd never find, and experienced life at its fullest. I grew a desire of wanderlust and traveled around the entire world again, but this time I wasn't looking for anything. I just enjoyed each moment with all my heart, and to me, that's what love is.
