AMY'S POV

I wake up and looked at the sky.

I thought it's already morning but I guess it's still 3AM

The reason why I can't sleep...

Because this day is the day to break that werehog's curse!

"What am I going to do? I can't do it." I said as I put my hands in my head.

"I'm going insane!" I yelled as I hurriedly take a bath and changed my clothes.

After that of course I need to eat.

I'll end it now this time.

I slowly walked to Arthur's room and when I get in there, my heart started to beat so fast.

And I am nervous.

"A-Arthur?" I asked as someone opened the door and it revealed a blue werehog looking at me sleepily and yawned.

"Amy... It is too early for you to wake me up. What do you want?" He asked as I bowed my head.

"C-Can y-you come with m-me?" I sutter as he looked at me weirdly.

"Are you alright? You're acting so shy today. Are you sick?" He asked me as I shrugged my head.

"No I'm not. Just come with me please." Instead of a polite, my tone is more like I'm commanding someone because of anger.

"Girls are too weird and bipolar for us." He said as I shook my head.

"Not all guys are like you and the others. There is someone who is-"

"Geez Amy. Are we going to fight because of that Lancelot? Hearing his name makes me wanna' punch him. I don't even know that guy! For sure if he and I crossed paths I know in first look I won't like him even a little. Hearing his name is more like my rival to me." He said.

"What do you mean a rival to you? He didn't even do anything to you Sonic." I said and for the first time... My words slipped and instead I call him Arthur, I called his favorite nickname that makes him smirk.

Sonic? I never heard that kind of name before and his name is so...

Unique.

"Can you please call me by my nickname. Again?"

"How dare you asked me some kind of request. This conversation have gone too far, I only want you to come with me." I said that makes him frown.

"You're walking wearing that long blue gown of yours?" He asked.

"Why not? Is it that bad for me to walk wearing my gown."

"It's not that... I know it will be harder for you to walk so if you don't mind. Would you like to ride on my back?"

"I don't want too." I said as I walked faster and he followed me. Oh since I have short legs, it seems like I'm not walking faster. I think more on walking and running.

"Hey! What's the matter?" He asked.

I'm exhausted already! Wearing heels while walking running makes me tired. And he catched up with me by only walking?! Unbelievable that this hog is too fast.

"N-N-Nothing!" I laughed nervously and before I knew it, I winced in pain when I feel I something was in pain. That makes me fall but a big arms wrapped around me for support.

"What happened to you?" He asked as I stand up and faced him bitterly as I fake a smile.

"I'm alright!" I said and when I take one step forward, that makes me yelp.

"Ouch!" I cried and I was so shock when Sonic grabbed my hand and he pulled up my gown a little bit.

"Don't act to be so tough Amy. Your foot is bleeding." He said as my eyes widen in shock when he carry me like I was a sack full of grains.

"Hey! Put me down!"

"I don't want to put you down. You're hurt." He said as I stopped from yelling and keep my mouth shut.

I can't believe I am doing this for his sake.

But I made a promise to Tails.

And I won't break that promise.

Because he said... Our only hope to defeat Mephiles is Arthur.

I thought Percival, Galahad, Lamorak, Gawain, Palamedes, Tails and Lancelot are enough to defeat Mephiles. We have enough army to fight him and we are ready to die for our freedom.

Everyone wants Mephiles dead.

I wish I have powers like Silver or like Rouge. They have an ability to know more about the past and future.

I want to know the truth about Arthur.

"Hey Arthur." I said as the two of us stopped in front of a blue lake.

"Yes?" He asked me as I sighed.

"You promised to me that after I helped you to find a cure on your curse... You'll tell me everything about your past right? No lies." I said as he looked at me seriously.

"Face it Amy... Actually there is no use for you guys to help me. Why are you guys are so desperate to save my life? Isn't your life more important than me?" He asked as I walked closer to him.

"I can sacrifice my life if it's worth it." I said.

"It's no use." He sighed.

"If you're our hope to makes us free from Mephiles hand. I would do anything and even if I need to kill and do betrayals just to save this land. I would do it... Sonic, you easily give up." I said.

"I won't give up on myself too Amy. Even if I tried to leave this kingdom, I am still locked up in here. I am cursed and I need to stay and wait." He said.

"Wait for what?" I asked.

"Wait for me to accept someone who deserves me." He said as I sighed.

"Forgive me if I am going to do this if this is your first time." I sighed as I take a step forward causing for him to stepped backwards.

"Wh-What are you doing?!"

"Sonic!!" I yelled as he looked at me with a shock.

"Your curse ends with a kiss!!" I yelled as I move closer and cupped his cheeks.

Causing for me to give him a deep kiss.

Oh for chaos sake. After this let me die. This embarrassment is killing me.
