"So, what flavor did you get?" Shawn asked sliding into the other side of the froyo booth.

"Only the best kind!" She replied, scooping up her froyo and licking it slowly off the spoon.

Shawn tilted his head, "Why are you eating your froyo like that?"
Paige shrugged and kept on slowly eating her frozen yogurt. She raised an eyebrow, "Why are you eating yours like that?"
Shawn scoffed, "Unlike you I'm eating it the normal way."

"Yeah I feel like there isn't a per say a 'normal way'," she concluded.

"Well I know there is a 'per say' wrong way to eat froyo and your eating it the wrong way." He stated, folding his arms and holding his chin up high.

"Your such a child, " Paige said rolling her eyes.

Shawn playfully glared at her. "I'm just gonna ignore the fact that you called me a child even though I'm sure I'm older then you."
"Doesn't seem like your ignoring it," Paige smirked, "So how old are you anyways?"

"Seventeen, " Shawn said.

"Birth date?"

"August 8th, 1998."

" Hmph," Paige huffed.

"What? Are you a baby compared to me?" Shawn laughed teasing her.

"Only by like a month!"

"Ahh so you're a September baby?" He asked.

"Yeah September 21st, so like 44 days or 45 not sure," she shrugged.

He nodded "So, Paige I'm guessing your a junior now. And you go to Pine Ridge? Cause if you don't you have a lot of explaining to do that consist of why you were on a school property you don't even go to."

"Oh my gosh don't worry I was not just chillin at a random school, I go there. And only one more month and the I'll be out free, until the start of senior year!" She exclaimed. Scooping up her froyo and eating it the "wrong way."

"How have i never really seen you?"

"I guess we just don't have any of our classes together." Paige replied. "So tell me Shawn do your Friday nights usually consist of hanging out with random girls?" Paige asked raising her eyebrows.

"No, your the first," he mumbled, scooping up his froyo and eating it the "normal way."

Something about that statement made Paige smile. "Good!"
"Why is that good?" He asked confused.

"Because this is both our first time hanging out with strangers," She responded, "or maybe were friends now? I don't know how the transition from stranger to friend works." She commented, squinting her eyes as she thought.

"Well we already know each others birthdays i think that's a step in the right direction. And we got to jam out to your jams," he laughed remembering how much she got into the song.

Paige grinned, "You're right and I know your last name!"

"I don't know yours!" His eyes widened.

"Paige Bradford, nice to meet you," she said reaching her hand out to shake his.

He rolled his eyes and laughed, "Nice to meet you Miss. Bradford."

"See we've practically have know each other for years now," Paige sarcastically joked.

"Practically." Shawn repeated with the same sarcastic tone. They smiled at one another not really having anything to say.

Paige was the first one to talk. "So, Shawn, have any hobbies?" She asked?
