There are there parts to writing a word in a Korean:
1. First consonant,
2. Vowel,
3. Final consonant ( 받 침 [ bad-chim]=support).

The word ' ㅇ'[r,L ] has no own pronunciation and when u want to write vowel first , u have to add with that word ' ㅇ' like »» 요 [ yo] .

p.s ~~ I am still learning . so if i had some wrong, please correct me!! Thank u.
