있어요[i-sseo-yo]and 없어요[eop-sseo-yo]

있어요[i-sseo-yo] = Have,Exists, (to be) , possession.. comes from the verb 있다[it-da]. . basically expresses that something exists .. eg. ( I'm here. It's over there.)

없어요[eop-sseo-yo] =
Don't have , Doesn't exists.. comes from the verb 없다[eop-da]. . opposite to 있어요[i-sseo-yo.]

Examples..
1. 물있어요? [mul-i-sseo-yo?] = Is there water? / Do u have water? / Do they have water? ..

2. 물없어요.[mul-eop-sseo-yo.] = There is no water. / Water doesn't exists. / I dun have water...

3. 시간없어요.[si-gan-eop-sseo-yo.] = I don't have time. / There is no time..

~~ By adding 은[eun] and 는[neun] , 이[i] and 가[ga]

Example..
시간[si-gan] = time
ends with a last consonant ,

so add » 은[eun] / 이[i]

1. 시간없어요. = I dun have time.
시간은없어요.[si-gan-eun-eop-sseo-yo] = (I have other things but just) time is not what i have.

2. Q: What is it that you dun have?
A: Time. Time is what I dun have. = 시간이없어요.[si-gan-i-eop-sseo-yo.]
