Chapter 2

The next morning

Ronald's POV

I really want to meet her again! But without her strong brother around her.. She's really a beauty.. I wonder if she's taken?. "hei, Mr. Knox.. Why are you keeping on staring into thin air?, what happened to you since last night?, you usually are a party-guy, but why were you staring and mumbling to yourself about something", William-senpai asked emotionlessly. I startled for a while then looks at him, "it's nothing". "oh please, he's madly inlove with a vampire gurl~", grell-senpai said while he pinch my cheeks. "that's an impossible relationship" William said coldly. I was dumbfounded for a while, "but she isn't a demon, she's a sexy gal, I-I, I mean a vampire.. She's definitely not a demon, what makes you say that!?", I said while grell-senpai pats my back to calm me down. "now Ronald, don't over-reacting.. Will doesn't know what is the true meaning of true love at first sight". I stared blankly at William-senpai. "of course I know what is the true meaning of true love" he said coldly. "then, have you ever felt one?" I asked while staring straight into William-senpai's narrowed eyes. In the end he sighed and shook his head as a 'no'. 'thought so', I thought. "just don't let that, vampire girl, bothers you from work, you are one of the top class, so tell me about that vampire girl", he said calmly.

Without hesitant grell-senpai said,"wow Will, since when you are interested in Ronnie's love story?". William-senpai didn't answered for a while.., "since Mr. Knox is serious about his love story". I sighed..

Grell's POV

Never thought that Will is serious about this, "that girl's name is (y/n)(l/n).". As soon as I spoken her last name Will gasped. I wonder why??. "Y'know the famous (l/n), right? She's his daughter", I added with a reassuring expression. "ouh, she must've been very gorgeous that she captures Mr.Knox's attention, so you are inlove with a pureblood... I shall think about it sooner, whether or not you can", Will speak softly than before. "so tell me about her later, I'm going to have a word with the council" and left us both.

"Grell-senpai, can I meet her again?", Ronald asked unsurely. He made an expression that can make people feel pity of him, but this kind of expression of his somehow not..like him. "Oh please Ronald, don't make that pitied face of yours to me, you only met her once if you met her three times it means she will be your ;soulmate, counterpart, lover and yours~." "really?", he asked again but this time his expression changed into a hoping face, it's rather cute. But that never changed the fact that he's still a player. But he always make puppy eyes so that I can make him do what he wants to. At night time, me and Ronald went to the human world roaming and doing work today's work was about the dead guy killed by bloodloss whether it was a case of a vampire or was it something else? . But Ronnie was really excited he thought of (y/n) was in the case and yes.. It was her. We were just watching from above. After she drank his blood , she said while still facing the almost dead guy,"how long have you been there?" With an assured voice and a little,nervous.

Normal POV

You can feel a weird spiritual pressure from behind you and it was really familiar, it was a shinigami. "how long have you been there, shinigami?", you asked after wiping the blood in your lips by your tongue then you turned around. Both of the shinigami went forward from the dark and to you. "Yo pretty gal, we've meet again!", Ronald said happily. You gasped while pink shades on your cheeks appeared. "you were aftering Kaito-chan, am I correct?", you asked with a fine smile on your face. "wow, you know well about that dead guy, who is he to you?", he asked you again with a serious expression. "he was my 'ex'". He startled after you answered him, "i was joking you idiot, he's my cute friend" "what kind of relationship do you have with this guy?", he asked with a sad face of his. "stop asking question about him, it's not like you are-"

"i like you (y/n)"

You gasped after hearing him. "that's enough Ronnie, let's check the body, I'm really excited on what this guy had, it seems rather interesting~!", Grell said then squealed silently. "oh i remember, you are Grell Sutcliffe and this messy oranged haired guy is Ronald Knox. I can't believe you dare confess to me, who are you to like me?! Idiot!", you said while the flush was getting redder. "oh how cute, you like me too, right?", he started to lean closer to your face. "please Ronnie, don't do that to her, she's still a virgin and you already confessed to her and she doesn't like you back so beat it, we're done, let's leave.", Grell pulled him by pulling his wrist. "no! Grell-senpai, I'm not done yet" "stop whining and let's go" "no! Please I want to.. ", Ronald made a puppy face so Grell could let him. Then he nodded. Ronald smiled and turned to you. You gasped and closed your eyes hoping that he won't do anything, but then he slowly held your chin by his two fingers up to his view then kissed you, it was your first kiss!. You were blushing madly because you ACTUALLY liked him too. He then wrapped his arm around you and pulled you closer to him making the kiss deeper than before.

Ronald's POV

As soon as I kissed her lips, sparkles came and I really love it... It was a heaven for me plus her lips was really sweet for a vampire like her, sweeter than other girls. I continued on kissing her and pulled her closer to me but what's making me think weird that she doesn't even pushed me away or resisting the kiss, maybe by chance she likes me too?

But when I opened my eyes to look at her while kissing her, there I saw it.. tears kept on strolling down her cheek, I stopped and watch her cuteness at the same time I feel sorry for her. "hei (y/n), was it .. Your first time?" And I held both of her shoulder with a caring look. She continued on crying and crying, making my heart beat stops. I wanted to apologize but I was too late, someone shoved me off and held her by her shoulder, it was her strong brother. "what's wrong (y/n)? Please don't cry, why are you so sad?", he asked . "see what you've done again, I've told you already not to disturb her since she doesn't like you, you crazy Ronnie! ahem forgive our rudeness young master we both shall leave in an instant!", Grell-senpai suggested and pulled me away and went into the portal, leaving the beauty and the beast alone with a cry on the beauty's face. I feel really bad for her, I'm sorry to what I've done , it's just that I like her too much that I don't even want to lose her eventhough we just met days ago.

I feel like I wanted to protect her.
