You gulped.

He walked out of the gate, you followed in suit. Once he arrived 15 feets away from your mansion, he stopped.

"what is it, Ronald?".

"i thought you liked me, (y/n)-chan", he said, without even sparing a glance at you.

You looked at him, blankly. "..... I do like you, but my father prevent me from loving you, he said it's impossible! Our relationship cannot be official!! You do know that", you curled your fist. He looked at you over his shoulder and sighed.

"I love you (y/n)-chan....and you know that...", he pulled you into a warm embrace, his head placing above yours. Hearing your whimpering made him shot his face up and locked his lips with yours, sweetly. It was just a chaste kiss, good enough to stop you.

"listen, (y/n)-chan i'm not going to let that vampire-guy be your husband, because you, (y/n) (l/n), belongs to me and forever will be mine", he pressed his gentle lips on your (s/c) forehead.

You blushed again. "those words..".

"hmm?".

"those words are quite nasty...", you looked into his green eyes which held warmth.

"hahaa.... Funny my love~ funny. You should know that i'm serious about this", he chuckled, "besides, I'll try to talk with your father".

You gasped and glared at him, "don't you dare!! My father will prevent me from coming out without a guard who was/were sent to kill you".

His eyed widened, "seriously? He'll go that far? I know you were engaged and your father loved you and all, but i didn't know he'll get to the phrase killing me".

You grunt, "that's the reason why i don't want you to talk to him", you pushed him away from you. He felt disappointed on your rejection.

He sighed, "ok, but still i won't allow you to marry that guy. Wait-..... Do you like him? Cu'z i can see from a far that you were blushing when he was talking something to you", his eyes were locked with you.

You were trying to avoid the shinigami's gaze which was hard since he was using his puppy eyes. So you looked at him in the eyes and stared blankly at him, trying not to make a concern face.

"..........a little", that's the only word you answered. You received a hurt look from him.

"why?", a little demanding.

"be-", before you could even answer him, a she-boy voice was heard from a far. I know you know you it belongs to, right~? It was Grell.

"let's go back!! Will is already mad at our disappearance and he wants to punish us, because we were leaving without bearing any case or permissions!", he pulled Ronald's wrist and disappeared in thin air before he could do anything and leaving you speechless.

Zero appeared behind you and pats your head, "c'mon (y/n), let's head back to the mansion before father noticed".

You looked at him before nodding your head with a bitter smile fixed on you face.

Zero's POV

Argh! Dammit!! I don't like seeing her like this! That son of a bitch(Jean) really should pay this with his soul!

I put my arm around her small shoulder and walked back to the mansion. Along the walk was silence, she usually asleeps at a time like this, i wonder...she must've been tired..
