"You did. You didn't refuse to be called my girlfriend."

"Of course, cause...I was in character, I heard them talking about you and I bet you would do the same for me."

"Yeah... I guess so." He scratches the back of his head.

"How about we go get lunch?" He suggests.

I nod in response, we ate at a nearby store. "Thank you for today." He smiles and looks down and smiles.

"You're welcome and thank you too."

"I needed it especially after what happened to me ." His smiles fades.

"What happened to you?" If this is about their relationship I'm about to flip.

"I lost someone I love a few days ago...." He takes a deep breathe, well it was his fault to let her slip out of his fingers.

"She was so beautiful, kind, caring, and somehow she managed to let me fall for her everyday. I lied to her so I won't hurt her." He looks up to me.

"I told her that I was with another girl, I wouldn't do that to her. If I wasn't in this position I wouldn't let her go like this. I just had to..." He shut his eyes.

"Why would you lie to her rather than tell her what's wrong?"

"I didn't want her to get even more hurt and she deserve someone else. Someone better..."

I don't want to feel sorry for this guy, but he seems like his have such a difficult time right now? How do I tell Chae ra about this?

"Well... let's eat come on."

"Don't be sad. Mmm?" I acted cute again just to make him happy. He chuckles and looks up to me, his eye met mine so nicely.

My heart started doing it again, it suddenly felt that time slowed down. His eyes were mesmerizing to look at.

I turn away and look around", Let's wrap this up and go somewhere now."

"Alright." I smile. We walked down the street and he put his arm around me.

"Where are we going?" I asked.

"We are going to the sea side."

"Can I ask you something?" I look at him.

"Go ahead."

"What was the reason why you left her?"

"Uhm.... I can't tell you just yet but I will soon."

"Alright." He chuckles", Why?" I ask curiously.

"I think it's funny how we became friends this fast."

"Yeah, it is." I take a quick glance of him, somehow he has managed to look perfect in every angle.

Once we arrived the sea side, the sun was going down as we sat on the sand. I accidentally touch his hand, I flinch and move my hand away.

"It's getting cold.." He looks around",Wait here." He stands up and runs to the store.

I hear a voice that I thought I'd never hear again, his voice never left my mind. I wish that it isn't really him that I am hearing. I search the crowd and see him.

It can't be. Not this time.

I feel a blanket around me, Taehyung sat next to me and covered his self up with the blanket.

"You okay?" He looks at me just to be sure.
