A/N: Will include brief mentionings of eating disorders such as Bulimia so if it's a sensitive issue to anyone, just a precaution. But this episode is going to be quite funny and awkward :) Enjoy Haleb freaks. Kisses, -R
Hanna's POV...
"I'm really nervous." I was sat in the waiting room of Dr. Sullivan's office with Caleb on my left side and Emily on my right. We all had a talk and decided that I was dealing with the aftermath of the the dollhouse the worst and so I agreed with Caleb to ask Dr. Sullivan for some sort of prescription to help me sleep and anti-anxiety pills for panic attacks.
"You've got nothing to worry about. It's Dr. Sullivan's job to listen to what's going on." Caleb reassured me.
"Yeah, and even if she thinks that medicine isn't the way to work things out then she will suggest an alternative." Emily continued. I definitely felt closer to Emily than Aria, Spencer or Alison. I feel as if she understands me the most and she is the only one who knows about my Bulimia except for Caleb. They are the only two people who know about it and I intend to keep it that way. I don't want my mom to know about it mainly because she's freakishly overprotective as it is and I don't want to worry her anymore than necessary. Besides, if I feel like I'm going to relapse then I call Caleb straight away and he will come to me and help me through it. Even when we broke up, once he still helped me through it. If he's not available (which he rarely isn't) then I call Em and she'll do the same. They both kind of have a silent agreement that they'll look out for me more than any of the other girls and that neither of then will mention it to them, either.
Finally, after what felt like an eternity, the doctor came in.
"Hanna! It's lovely to see you again. And you two Emily." She greeted me as she sat in her black leather recliner.
"Yeah, you too." I half lied and Emily smiled. We were sat on a cream cotton couch which seemed very new.
"And who's the young man?" She gestured towards Caleb.
"Um this is Caleb, my boyfriend." I said, hesitantly.
"Lovely to meet you Caleb." She said and turned her attention back to me. I was half expecting her to look at me like, 'wow, I'm surprised you even managed to get a guy to look at you.' But she didn't. "I just have to make sure that you're okay with both Emily and Caleb in this appointment with you."
"Yeah I am." I replied confidently. She filled out some sort of form with her fancy 'lawyer looking' pen on her 'lawyer looking' clipboard which used to seem very judgemental looking but I figured she wasn't that at all.
"Okay, so Hanna, how have you been feeling recently?" She asked with an 'I understand what you're going through' smile.
"Since I last saw you which was after my operation, I've been feeling a lot better and happier." I didn't really know what words to use.
"Good, and I understand you have had nightmares in the last few months. How has that been?" She asked with less of a smile.
"Actually, they haven't really been getting better or worse." I replied.
"Okay well I'm going to start by asking if you would like to talk about them?"
"Um... not really. I usually talk about them with Caleb or sometimes my mom or friends if Caleb's not around."
●● half an hour later...
"Okay so I'm going to prescribe you some anti-anxiety pills. You're expected to take one before you sleep and one whenever you have a panic attack. Is that okay?" Dr. Sullivan smiled.
