The First Lord and the Overlord had arrived at the top of the cable and mounted the platform on the north tower. They were almost upon Rosemary and Aednat. Then Siofra watched in horror as the First Lord leveled his gun at Aednat. Siofra jumped at him seizing his gun arm in her mouth biting through his bones and pulling him over the edge of the short railing surrounding the tower as both of them plummeted to the straights below. The Overlord rushed to Aednat and punched her in the belly as she collapsed onto the deck, her body held in place by the short railing arresting her fall from the tower. He then grabbed Rosemary by the neck choking her pushing her to the edge. "I'm going to throw you off bitch!" he screamed. "I was going to be a god! How dare you try and stop me!"
David and Eric had just mounted the platform and ignoring the icy surface rushed to Rosemary. Eric was the first to reach her. He then cupping both hands delivered a sharp blow to both of the Overlord's ears. The man screamed again in pain as his eardrums burst. He let Rosemary go as David rushed to her pulling her from the Overlords grip. The Overlord turned to face Eric who then struck him in the throat with a quick chop using an open hand, then striking him again in the chin with his opened hand, the heel of his hand cupping his chin and pushing the Overlord over. He fell heavily against the side rail when David upended his legs sending him over the edge. He screamed and twisted as he fell hundreds of feet landing hard on the roadbed below, his body broken and crushed by the impact. The four of them sat on the floor exhausted, wet and cold, frost forming on the girls long red hair.
Two ravens flew over the rail and landed hear Loki then changing to human form. "Let us heal you," Aednat said barely able to speak.
"No, my time is nearly over. Leman I am so proud of you. Take care of Siofra." Leman nodded as tears fell from his eyes. "Siofra it has always been fun, take care of the boy." Siofra nodded. "Now you four," Loki said smiling, "well done. I never doubted you. Now one last flight."
Rosemary and Aednat watched in tears as all three Puca became dragons. They alone could see as the dragons flew higher and higher into the sky toward the setting sun. Then in a flash of light only two dragons remained in the sky.
