Chapter 4 (part 2)

Chapter 4 (Part 2) Now at school

Me and Laurel stand in front of the school, and just stare at it. "Should we go in Laurel?"

"Yes Mica, you have to face your fears and I'll come with you." That made me feel better.

So we walk into school and I see Kai and her cliche. Me and Laurel then race into the bathroom. "So much for facing my fear, Laurel."

"Wait shhh somebodys in here." said Kai and her friends. One by one just like in the 'Monsters Inc.' movie she checks every stall until she gets to ours. Frick!

"Who is in here?" said Kai sternly.

Crap ok, umm. "This is Charlotte. From your math class." I have a realy good charlotte impression.

"Oh ok, well bye." she said sarcastically. "What a loser..." she wispered to her friends.

Ugh even when I'm posing as someone else, I still get called a loser. What the frick! Me and Laurel then quickly come out of the stall. And quickly rush out into the hall and I don't see the person coming, but I get knocked over. "Ow...." I say as I land on my ankle where I twisted it.

"I am so sorry." I said quickly.

"Oh my gosh! Are you ok? I am so sorry." he said nervously.

"It's ok, I'm fine." I say when I'm really not. My leg feels worse then ever. I think I should go to the nurse to get some crutches. I guess it's gonna be skipping in the hallway.

"Are you sure your ok? Because you look hurt physically." he ask worriedly, like he was going to pass out.

"Uh yah I'm fine." I lye again.

"Ok...well I'm sorry again about that, bye." he said then sprinted away to his next class.

The bell then *rang*. Thank god my first class was next to the bathroom.

"Welcome students." I was hoping my math teacher wouldn't notice me. "And welcome back Michelle." To late....

I then saw Kai turn around and glare at me. Then I did something I've never done before, I glared back. And that shocked her. She didn't have time to fight with me in class though.

"Turn around Kai." said the teacher. She then turned back around. I was in for it.

The bell *rang* at the end of class, and I made a quick get away limping to the nurse. I got to the nurses office and shut the door. I didn't want anyone to know exactly what had happened to me, but they were probably going to start spreading rumors, once I come out with crutches. Well then I coem out of the nurses office with crutches on, and people start staring at me. I then go to my locker, and the boy that I bumped into earlier came up to me and said, "Oh my gosh, did I do this to you when you fell. I am so sorry, it's all my fault." He had tears in his eyes.

"No it's not your fault. It's something else." I said hesitently. Then bad news..... Kai came over.

"Oh and who is this?" she asked sarcastically. Then everybody started listening. And the hallways got quiet exept for when Kai was talking.

"I'm Matt." the boy said.

"I know who you are. But what are you doing with her?"

"What business is it to you?" he questioned. Everybody then gasped. Wait is he standing up for me?

Kai was shocked by what he said and how he said it. Usually everbody tells her everything and nobody backs down.

Then Kai pushed me up against my locker, and pinned me there trying to choke me. I gasp for air and drop my cructhes

Matt then pulls her off of me, and slapped her. He then put me on his back and ran! Down the hallway to the front door and out the door. He ran me out side until we go to my house, and I collapsed on my yard and I couldn't breathe. Matt mustv'e seen me because he quickly got the key from my backpack, and carried me bridal style inside the house.

"Can you here me? Just breathe. come on I know you can do it...I know you can do it..."

Thats all that I heard when I fainted, again.
