Elaina finds herself a completely different girl than she used to be only a month ago. She was conflicted with time itself debating whether it was the right time to leave her gang behind. To leave behind everything her parents had built. Elaina knew it was the only thing she had left of them.
Elaina laid low for a while knowing Victor was still out there possibly looking for her while Haze was secretly tracking him down piece by piece only drawing him in closer.
