we shall not feel disgrace,
about our own race,
but rather,
we should love one another,
despite the color of our skin,
because it is what's within,
that makes us who we are,
we are all a star.

there's a rising xenophobia in today's atmosphere,
where some may still be in fear,
of others with different ethnicity,
but do they know that we all live in this same city?
it's obvious that we are all part of a stereotype,
to be classified,
and judged in terms of our appearance,
of what we inherited from our parents,
racial tensions,
are increasing rapidly, not to mention,
in which has caused some arguments,
and if taken to an advanced level, this may result the involvement
of law enforcement.
it seems like all Asians,
are mathematicians,
with horizontal eyes,
which are despised,
but do you know that Indians,
are also considered Asians?
and yet they have such beautiful, large eyes,
please, don't be surprised.
the whites are said to be uneducated
about others, as they are outdated,
but have you not met a person who is smart,
who is also white?
white chicks,
are said to be not rhythmic,
unlike the Hispanics,
who can dance like manics,
still hitting every beat,
and seem so upbeat,
all blacks have an unusual appetite for watermelon,
or maybe even fried chicken?
and that they can all rap,
perhaps every one of them knows trap?
the Italians and the French,
speak the best romance,
as they know how to quench,
their significant other with any chance.
this is all just so ridiculous,
to stereotype each and every one of us,
based on just one glance,
without taking the chance,
to get to know each other,
before we even judge one another,
as if there is an invisible wall,
between us all.
