My plan was to start and finish this in one day.
It took about 3 weeks.
Honestly what did you expect.
This one shot mostly came from prompts I saw on Pinterest.
"Will you be quiet?"
"I wasn't saying anything."
"Then stop thinking so loud!"
and
"Why are you glaring at me?"
"I'm hoping you'll spontaneously combust."
and
"I hate you."
"Why? I'm lovely."
and
"I'm trying to have a serious conversation."
"And I'm trying to subtly avoid it!"
and
"Right now, I don't know if I want to kiss you or shove you off a bridge."
"Can I pick?"

Summary: Peyton and Logan get into a small fight. But really, Peyton can never stay mad at him.
"Will you be quiet!?"
Peyton titled his head from his position in the arm chair. He was still looking at his phone when he furrowed his eyebrows. "I didn't say anything."
"Well stop thinking so loud!"
Peyton rolled his eyes but stayed silent.
They were quiet for a while longer, before Logan finally spoke again.
"I just don't get it."
Peyton threw his phone down into his lap and rubbed his hands over his face. "What is there not to get, Logan? Huh? I literally said, I literally said, not to talk to him. But you did."
"He's my coworker, Peyton! How am I not supposed to talk to him? I work with him!"
"Yes, but that doesn't mean you need to go out of your way to talk to him!"
Logan sat up straighter and leaned forward, resting his elbows on his knees. "Peyton. Darling. I love you. But how is saying 'hello' as he's walking by my room 'going out of my way to talk to him.'"
Peyton stood up suddenly. "I don't know, okay? I don't know. I'm just tired and upset and mad."
They were silent once more. Peyton was just standing, looking away from the man sitting in front of him on the couch, while Logan's eyes were focused on him. Minutes passed and Logan was just staring at him with a hard look on his face.
Finally Peyton turned to Logan and threw his hands up. "Why are you glaring at me?"
"I'm hoping you'll spontaneously combust."
Peyton sighed and ran a hand through his hair. "I just... I know he likes you, okay? I know. He's not very subtle."
"Never said he was," Logan drawled, leaning back on his hands.
"Then why do talk to him? What if he thinks you're leading him on?"
"I didn't know being nice to someone counts as leading them on. Better not offer to get him a cup of coffee, or next he'll be demanding sex!"
Peyton groaned and ran a hand through his hair again. "Babe, you know that isn't-"
Logan rolled his eyes and crossed his arms. "He's a colleague. I swear I'd never do anything with him. You need to trust me."
"I do trust you."
"Just not with this? Not with out relationship?"
"I didn't mean-"
Logan stood up and set his hands on his hips. "Yeah, yeah, you didn't mean it that way. I got it. I'm just imagining the fact that you think you have complete control over who I talk to. Obviously. It's your role, of course. You're the man in this gay relationship, and we must abide by stereotypes."
Peyton sighed and fell back into the chair, his head dropping into his hands. "I hate you," he mumbled.
"Why?" Logan asked, faking confusion as he sat back down on the couch. "I'm lovely."
Peyton sighed again, heavier, and lifted his head. "I'm trying to have a serious conversation about this."
"And I'm trying to subtly avoid it. Because this is a stupid conversation."
They were silent. Logan was staring at the ground. Peyton was staring at him.
"I'm sorry."
Logan raised his head. "What?"
"I'm sorry. You're right. It's not my place. You're just trying to make friends. Be nice."
Logan didn't answer for a second, so Peyton went on.
"I was being stupid. So, so stupid. I'm sorry."
Logan smiled softly, slid down from his spot on the couch, and started shuffling over to where Peyton was sitting.
"I'm sorry, I think I went deaf for a moment. Say that again?"
Peyton glared at him playfully. "I'm not repeating it."
"I could have sworn you said sorry, but that must not be. The great Peyton Campbell never apologizes."
Peyton rolled his eyes, but a fond smile was tugging at his lips. "Whatever."
Logan gasped and smiled widely. "Am I right? Did you say-"
"Shut up," Peyton said, hauling Logan up from where he was on his knees on the floor and set him in his lap.
Logan smirked and kissed his nose, then his lips, then buried his head into Peyton's chest.
Peyton sighed, but it sounded happy. "Right now, I don't know if I want to kiss you or shove you off a bridge."
Logan looked up at Peyton, apology accepted written in his eyes.
"Can I pick?
