CHAPTER: TWENTY

Alexis POV***

Emily has been blowing up my phone with calls and messages.. So much that I had to turn my phone off, jaimee was coming over and I didn't want anything to mess my mood up as I really was looking forward to her being here, I went through the day normal taking Bruno for a walk and giving him a bathe then I went to the gym to do some work out. I had three more days till I had to be back at work. It was 6pm and I knew jaimee had left work from 5 so I laid back on the couch waiting on her arrival playing my favorite game halo and trying to seem not all that excited about her coming over,I heard a car pulling up outside and almost jumped from my position to the door, cursing I forced myself to stay still and held my breath breathing out only when I heard the door knock,counting to ten I got up and moved to open the door and there she was my heart leaped at the image before me,jaimees hair was curled and hugged her shoulder,she had on her work suit which was a matching Grey outfit,I helped her out of her jacket and watched as she kicked off her shoes in the corner,her usual style which indicated when she was getting comfortable, she turned and smiled at me

"I missed this place" she stated as she walked around, it still amazes me that such an elegant woman would be comfortable and at home in my old place, I folded my arms and smirked,

"Again I'm going to ask, did you not miss me?" She laughed shaking her head from side to side and I pretended I was hurt by pouting,

"So what no hug for me" I asked holding out my arms,she looked at me and hesitated before walking in my arms wrapping her small arms around my waist, I pulled her in close and rested my head on top of hers breathing in her perfume,she had on my favorite vanilla cologne and I wrapped her tighter against me enjoying the feel of her pressed against me

"I can't breathe" she sounded so muffled against my shirt and I pretended to pull her closer to crush her but she giggled pinched my side making me jump and she pulled away I instantly missed her contact,we stood there looking at each other and I grinned
"What??? Why do you have that big goofy smile on ur face" she raised her eyebrows looking at me and I grinned even more not answering her knowing this would annoy her, she rolled her eyes and tried to smack me across my arms but I dodged her laughing as she came after me, somehow she managed to tackle me to the floor on the carpet.straddling me she pinned me beneath her and I felt her fingers tickling my side playfully making me erupt in laughter while I tried to desperately wiggle from beneath her and her grip
"Ok ok ok!!!" I yelled tears running from my eyes because of the extent of my laughter "Iii wawass just ttthinking hhow good it was to have you here" I stuttered out covering my face with the palm of my hands feeling shy suddenly, she laughed and leaned forward giving me a kiss on my cheeks

"Ur such a goofball" she teased lowering her head and brushing her lips across my cheeks, " that was sweet of you to say though." I was still feeling her lips on my cheek even though It was brief and I wanted badly to pull her in and kiss her breathless but I didn't want to scare her off, If she wanted any form of intimacy between us she will have to be the one to indicate that I told myself firmly.. I looked at her,she wasn't meeting my gaze so I scanned her lazily with my eyes moving slightly so our lower halves was aligned together I lifted my hip upwards grinding against her,she closed her eyes at this and sighed,
"Why are you doing that?" She whispered huskily and my throat went dry at how aroused she sounded by that one small action that I did. I started pressing my lower half against her grinding against her even more feeling the heat between her legs, I wanted to touch her but I didn't, it was still up to her to make that move. Her breathing quicken at my actions and I smirked when I felt her shift ever so slightly easing the weight from me a bit I took this as an opportunity to surprise her by flicking us over so she was now beneath me and I was free from her limbs that were being used to pin me down before..she groaned realizing what I did and that I was now free she shot me a glare as I bolted up off the carpet grinning at her, moving over to the couch I dropped in it and watched as she shuffled over to the next one and flopped in it far from me,I raised my eyebrows at the distance she was from me and she rolled her eyes grabbing the remote she came over and sat beside me throwing her foot over my legs,
"I'm hungry" she stated,
"Weren't you
to bring Chinese?" I retorted,she shrugged
"I want you to make my favorite grilled sandwiches" she whined and It was my turn to roll my eyes,tickling her toes she withdrew her feet quickly and I got up from the couch heading to the kitchen to get what she requested,ignoring her as she cheered from the couch and clapped gleefully. The rest of the evening pretty much went smoothy with us watching movies and  jeering each other, we ate vanilla flavored ice cream (well jaimee did anyways because she stole mine) then we had chocolate chip cookies,jaimee ordered pizza and I sat back and watch her devoured it slice by slice teasing her mercilessly about her eating habits. Of course this annoyed her greatly,after watching movies,playing video games and letting her win a few times jaimee told me that she had to leave, I nodded not responding directly to her knowing I would pretty much tell her to stay. She sighed,coming over she took my hands taking me from my sitting position and pulling me up to her for a hug,her short little body pressed firmly against me and I hugged her back,missing her already, giving her a slight kiss on the cheek I playfully lifted her in my arms ignoring her protest and took her to the car  bridal style,setting her on her feet again I dodged her arms as she tried to smack me laughing at her attempt,
"I can walk you know" was her comment
"If it was my decision you wouldn't walk another day of your life" I smirked knowing how cheesy that sounded,she Gave a girlish giggle and rolled her eyes,leaning up against the car I looked at her and watched as the wind blew the hair in her face,my hands shot out automatically to remove it tucking it back in place,my fingers traced the outline of her cheeks and her eyes slammed shut,mouth parted slightly,I pulled her up closer to me,her arms snaked around my waist and I continued caressing her cheeks with my hands loving the feel of her,
"Jaimee?" I whispered my heart hammering madly against my chest in fear of rejection for what I'm about to ask,
"Mhmm" was the only response I got from her as my hands started caressing her shoulders,her neck......
I counted slowly to ten and her eyes snapped open impatiently waiting for me to tell her whatever it was,
"Ummm" I stopped
"Alexis what is it?" She asked lazily running her hands up and down the center of my back making me shudder slightly,
"Jaimee" I said again and she groaned,I knew she wasn't going to answer me again,so I cupped her chin with my hand making her meet my gaze, her expression unreadable as she looked at me,
"Stay with me tonight" I pleaded, lowering my lips to her neck nibbling against her neck slowly making her whimper against me,her arms tightened around my waist and she leaned into me,
"Dammit Alexis the things you do to me" she moaned as my lips nibbled against her ears,her arms snaked around my neck tugging briefly for me to turn and meet her lips, at contact we both moaned and I felt her arms tighten around my neck,what should have been a brief kiss turned into a full make out session with Jamiee's hands roaming all over me and mine tangled in her hair as the kiss deepened. She shivered as the cold wind blew against us, closing the car I lifted her again heading back towards the house. We got inside and as soon as the door closed I released her to stand while I pulled my sweater off,she did the same with hers and her clothing leaving it all at the door,she took my hands leading me to the couch we sank into it together,me in my shorts and T-shirt, her wearing her camisole,her stocking and her underwear,
"I should go take a shower" she murmured as she snuggled up against me, my arms wrapped around her waist I pulled her closer,grabbing the comforter that was on the back of the couch I covered us,settling back comfortable against her she turned burying her head in my boobs while she used my arms as her headrest. My eyes drifted close as I listened to her steady breathing, sex would have been great but laying here next to her at this moment was the next best thing.with that last thought I drifted into a peaceful sleep, feeling very much contented.
